I’ve just had an amazing experience with Amazon customer service. This is not the first time either. Today I spoke to Katana. She was amazing and so helpful. I could tell my issue would be sorted to my satisfaction as soon as she came online with her first comment. The process was quick and simple and resolved perfectly. Thank you Amazon for great service.

Useless company. Can’t get any delivery information from them. All tracking says day after day in warehouse being prepared and unable to cancel. No sign of when my order is going to be shipped. If I’d gone to amazon or an online shop I would have had the item by now.

You might better stay away from this platform. I clicked on an offer and booked a villa for 14 days which was advertised for BHT 9800.- per day (= around CHF 254.-). They should have charged me around CHF 3'700.-; they prefered to charge me CHF 4'965.70 instead. That way it is quite easy to beat the competitor's offers. I think to misuse the customer's trust after receiving the credit card data is probably the worst thing a company can do.My email remained unanswered. They wrote me that their email account is not monitored and offered me 2 Links to make more bookings instead. I wonder why they publish their mail address at all if the mails are not monitored.I guess I will have to send the matter to my attorney.

Using Agoda is non-refundable. They have a horrible reputation and relationship with hotels, so the hotels are less than accommodating if something is wrong with the room. There is zero customer service from Agoda if an issue arises. Avoid!!

When it goes well, they're fantastic, order placed, picked, shipped and received to the UK within 7 days. They also answered my pre purchase queries straight away.However if you're in the UK and you need to return something, be prepared to wait longer than you're used to to receive any kind of outcome. The aforementioned order had an issue with a guitar which I had to return, so starts the returns process of sending pictures by email (they really should have a section on the website which links to your personal profile to do this and keep everything central) then you get returns labels and further instructions.Long story short, it was around a month before I finally received my refund. If you can afford to be without several hundred pounds (and your goods) for that amount of time then take the risk but I feel that Thomann really need to improve their overall returns procedure in order to minimise customer frustration - for a start, issue the refund when they know the export agent in the UK has posession of the thier stock. When I chased the status of my return and refund through live chat I was met with the same generic responses, when I asked for a complaint procedure I was cut off the chat before I had typed my response, then when I finally managed to get back to someone I was given the generic customer contact email, so pretty pointless.I get they are not Amazon, but they ARE Europe's largest music retailer, they can and SHOULD improve areas where others are leading (Brexit is not an excuse for the drastic difference between inbound and outbound services Thomann)That's my only real gripe with them, and I will probably still use them in future, however I would also most likely consider domestic options more favourably first, even if price is slightly higher in order to reduce the risk of issues with potential returns and refunds.

Worst support experience of my life. I’ve never seen such a stupid process. It’s frustrating just to find the chat bot and then you have to wait almost an hour to get someone to chat with you because the bot is useless. Then the agent just throws corporate answers about how he is sorry for you and never helps you. My account got hacked and I’ve been trying to recover it for months now and nobody will help me.SO FRUSTRATING!

so I had an dentist appointment at 1:00 pm and I got a text the day before saying what time they are going to pick me up and I also got a text the day of my appt to be ready in an hour. well, I got all ready and waiting for them to pick me up and I just sit there waiting and waiting and a HALF HOUR LATER they send me a text saying they canceled the ride and couldn't find a driver. Really disappointed. Now I have to reschedule my appointment. Don't trust this rideshare service. They are scammers!!! Luckily I didn't waste any money because I was having my insurance pay for the ride to my appt. Stay aware and safe!! I don't want anyone experiencing the same thing that I did.

I bought 2 legit Google Play cards and sent them copies of 2 receipts and a card, one worked fine but google itself scammed me out of the other one and will not make the card good all because I redeemed the card on a different email than I regularly use I didn't know I was logged into They are both mine anyway
