Review of royalcaribbean
Just had a terrible experience with the Royal Caribbean cruise line this week at the Cape Liberty port for Liberty of the Seas. After driving 6 hours to the port, I was met with news that our reservation could not be found. After trying to get answers from the staff at the port we were left with one answer- “we can not allow you on the boat today.” They could not provide us with any other information besides “they do not know why this happened.” After calling the RC corporate number numerous times and had a number of people confirm everything was good for our booking, the pier coordinators refused to let us on the boat and provide us with additional information as to why. As if this wasn’t disappointing enough, when we arrived to the port our luggage was taken to the boat. After finding out we could not set sail today we requested our luggage be returned to us. After waiting for 2 hours, 1 out of 3 suitcases were returned to us and we were told to return on Thursday to pick up the rest when the ship returns. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. And now to be told by the RC financial department that we may not be able to get a refund is even more disappointing. Although they seem like a nice cruising company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I would hate for others to be put in this situation. DO YOUR RESEARCH! There’s a reason as of June 2023 that they are in $21.01 billion in debt. SCAMMERS! $1,500 later and I am left with the feeling of utter shock and sadness.

The worst charitable platform out there. Besides taking a huge chunk of money out of the donator's wallet, they're also needlessly political. They decide what IS or isn't a worthwhile cause to raise for. Such clear antisemitism its abhorrent. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm ashamed to be British and have such 'charitable hypocrisy' alive and well in the UK. Give yourselves a pat on your back. Jeremy Corbyn would be proud.

Customer support is non existant and there is aaboslutely no way to get any help.
Review of bluehost
All of our websites hosted on Bluehost are down, and the issue has still not been resolved. We have contacted their support multiple times, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. The support team seems unprepared to handle urgent technical problems, and the lack of timely action has severely impacted our business. Very disappointed with the service.
Review of activecampaign
Having no background in using software like this, ultimately I find ActiveCampaign to be relatively easy to use. Far and away the BEST aspect of AC is the immediate, LIVE interaction you have with a REAL person to answer questions and offer help. (It's also great that the conversation is emailed to you post-interaction, and especially great when the rep creates a video showing you how to do something.)Of course, an even better experience would be if I didn't have to use a support rep at all - or at least as frequently. But while many features are intuitive, many are not. Often, I've even stumped the rep with my question/issue!My biggest issue is the bugs in their software. For me, the most aggravating thing is list uploading. I often have to upload a list 3-4 times before it actually uploads. VERY annoying! A few weeks ago I encountered an even worse problem that I was told needed to be handled by their technical team. IT IS STILL UNRESOLVED! I keep complaining, they keep telling me someone from the technical team will get in touch with me, but they don't. I am truly disgusted and am considering using a different platform.

Review of ubs
I have been a UBS client for nearly 40 years. I also bank with several other banks. UBS stands out as the best overall, with an outstandingly good web interface, and an excellent round-the-clock telephone service, which is generally answered without delay. As far as pricing is concerned, as a HNWI individual, I am paying more than most people earn in fees, but it is still a very good deal as far as the private banking market place is concerned for the amount involved. Perhaps I could get cheaper in another bank, by negotiating, but then I would lose out on the great web interface that UBS offers.Commissions on stock exchange and forex are excellent, and ordinary transactions such as payments etc are free of charge. You can do everthing on line including stock exchange, and forex, with instant feedback about the progress of your orders. UBS have a number of very useful services including a tax efficient discretinary investment management service which I also use. They had a negative year in 2022 and a positive year in 2023 (which didn't recoup the 2022 loss) but when I compare their returns with what other banks achieved and what world equities did, I believe that the total reuturns so far are fine. Thanks to their excellent service and good pricing I have directed new funds to UBS rather than to my other wealth management banks. There's nothing negative I can say. Everything just works and is easy to use.
Review of termsfeed
I'm not the brightest person on the computer so going to TermsFeed I was a bit nervous but once I got there I was actually a bit relieved because it wasn't the nightmare I thought it was gonna be while trying to find my way around and getting what I needed.
Review of Shopify
Shopify advertised a 3-month trial at 1€/month, but instead charged me 32€ for the second month! When I contacted support, they made up nonsense about me using a U.S. address (which I never did) and refused to fix THEIR mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the responsibility onto me. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest way to start a business relationship. Shopify, own your mistakes and treat your customers fairly!

Review of delta
My business associate and I where on Delta flight number 54 on March 31st leaving from Atlanta after flying to Atlanta from Austin. We were heading to Lagos, Nigeria. The flight left at 7:00 PM arriving in Lagos at 10:55 AM. We were in the second to the last row of seats in the rear of the plane seat 50A and 50B and dreading the long flight, but the stewardesses and steward on the plane took just as good of us in the rear of the plane as if we were in first class. My hat is off to the crew of this long flight. They were very attentive to us and came by many times to talk to us and tell us some of their experiences on these long flights. The head stewardess on the flight was Laura, very sweet lady. The steward in the back was Antonio. They were the only attendants that I have names for. all of the attendants stopped by and asked if we needed anything almost every time they made their way to the back. The flight seemed only half as long with these great people whom really did an above and beyond their duty job and our hats are off to them.Thank you for doing such a great service on these long flights. I have never had an experience like this on any flight, not even close.
