You will get penalized for taking time off or being sick. I caught the flu then ran into covid, out for 2 weeks. My deliveries dropped below 100 for the month and I dropped down to “Gold”. You lose top paying jobs and can’t schedule as if platinum. Thats means now your second on all counts. I called support and explained my issue and that said “rules are rules “ Now I can’t schedule According to my availability with my special needs Son. I can’t get caught up to make over 100 deliveries per month. They keep dropping on a daily basis. As an example, I signed up yesterday, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 9 AM till 12 PM and I received 2 orders for a total of $13.50 . You can’t get caught up with this type of rules. Don’t Take Time Off and if You Do, use Uber!!

Lenovo has sent me the used and defective product. When I complained the same, they changed warranty date from backend, and sent new invoice with different date of purchase. Also, when I complained about the defective screen, the Lenovo Post Sales sent me the acknowledgement of reverse pickup. Then, I called them after 2 days, now they asked 48 hours in every 48 hours. On 20th, they told me that order will be pickup between 22-25, but when I called them again on 25th, they told me now this is the matter of technical support. Collectively,1. Lenovo sent me the used product. (Warranty started before the date of purchase).2. They sent me the defective product. (Spot on Screen)3. They sent me in written mail on 07/08 that they will do reverse pickup, but now they are changing their words.I have spent 110085.30 INR on their product, but, Lenovo is a fraud Chinese company.

Despite constant crowing about being "fair and respectful" to all their users linked in is anything but that. Anyone that they agree with can do no wrong posting any rude,offensive or outright untrue comments they want without consequence. Those that dare post anything the petty tyrants disagree with will have linked in highly subjective "standards" weaponized against them having their account "restricted" for the tiniest of infractions. "Safety" team is very rude and dismissive clearly not answerable to anyone(or the higher ups at linked in condone and support this offensive conduct. Don't waste your time and or money building a presence on this platform since on a whim any of the censors will shut down your account and you have no recourse. Linked in also makes it a point to make it very hard if not impossible to communicate with them to solve any complaints
