You will get penalized for taking time off or being sick. I caught the flu then ran into covid, out for 2 weeks. My deliveries dropped below 100 for the month and I dropped down to “Gold”. You lose top paying jobs and can’t schedule as if platinum. Thats means now your second on all counts. I called support and explained my issue and that said “rules are rules “ Now I can’t schedule According to my availability with my special needs Son. I can’t get caught up to make over 100 deliveries per month. They keep dropping on a daily basis. As an example, I signed up yesterday, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 9 AM till 12 PM and I received 2 orders for a total of $13.50 . You can’t get caught up with this type of rules. Don’t Take Time Off and if You Do, use Uber!!
