I submitted a complain to Eventbrite regarding one of the organizer on their website whose policy on an event was not honored. The Amet Tv by Remi Awojide showcase the Valentine Ball for February 16, 2020 on Eventbrite. I bought the ticket for $160 and on the organizer policy stated one can cancelled before 24hrs to the time of the event which I did, proof I had for sure. Also, I noticed the organizer Remi Awojide send to my inbox receipt of $90. I contacted the organizer via Eventbrite, no reply. Then, I reached to the organizer through instagram. Initially, reply by saying they don't give refund but change his tone after I reminded him about his policy on Eventbrite and that I have proof that I cancelled within that specified time. Then, he came back saying the kind of ticket is group ticket so he will not honor the refund. I told him his refund policy on Evenbrite did not state whether group or individual, it said refund before 24hrs to the time of the event which we did. Then, he never reply anymore. I filled complained to Eventbrite about this organizer, Evenbrite said they cannot do anything about it. I challenge them that this organizer who advertised on their website are misleading customers like myself, this organizer is not transparent even with the frudulent of receipt issued by this organizer, Evenbrite did not care. Thus, I am filling this complaint against Eventbrite for not protecting consumer like myself.

I have been booking a lot via agoda and apparently had reached the platinum level vip membership, I failed to see what was the perks attached to this status, no points I could redeem no money off, I kept seeing coupons whilst booking but I could never seem to apply these coupons at check out.And now last straw I booked a three nights stay yesterday afternoon, last night I see it 7 euros cheaper on the actual hotel’s website, this morning I get an email from agoda saying I have unlocked some new lower prices and see the same hotel, same room same dates on their website for 25 euros cheaper, decide to get in touch with their customer service and the process is so complicated it is a joke, I get it if you are talking about another site but this was actually on THEIR website, talking to them is painful, anyway platinum vip members means NOTHING on agoda, I guess they lost a good customer

Back on August 7/22 I bought Parallels Desktop 17 for my Macbook M1 Pro , secretly these people knew it didn't work with Macbook M1 Pro, they knew it had problems . I could not get them to tell me it didn't until they had danced me around for days until suddenly they turn around and say Desktop 18 works for Macbook M1 Pro but they put a deadline that meant I was 8 days too late to get a free upgrade. I finally said I wanted a refund but now its a couple days too late for a refund for this failure of an app. Worst company ever.

The app is no user friendly at all. The digital coupon deals are a ruse. You cannot use the app I store unless you are on the Kroger Wi-Fi. I am not giving them access to track my life just to use a digital coupon. It will literally not accept my password to log into the app in store and soon as I am home it shows me logged in. The app has a different Kroger plus membership number than your actual Kroger membership card. The Manager at the Frankford Rd location is not honest and unprofessional at best. He will allow faulty items to be sold on floor and tell you you cannot return or exchange it. I brought dead batteries he allowed to be on the shelf. He told me he was doing me a favor refunding me although he obviously already knew the batteries were dead and he was still selling them. He refunded me after I advised him that it was untrue that he couldn’t refund me for faulty product. They have adulterated food on shelf as well as food that has been damaged. I have experienced this at more than one location. It’s a shame Kroger used to be a good place to get good deals especially on organics. I guess the purchase by Albertsons and HEB coming to Plano has caused them to throw in the towel regarding customer service and basic competitive business practices. This digital coupon crap needs to stop I just plain don’t buy any digital coupon items only sale stuff via the Kroger plus card so those businesses partnering with Kroger to get their products sales up are being played. The app/digital coupon scheme is a total scam promoting Kroger items and simple truth first. Regular priced and simple truth items are easy to purchase with no glitches.

Hi! I am very frustrated, since I have been trying to get in contact with you in several ways for a while. I cannot get into my account, it says "this account is disabled". Can you help me, I trusted you with my lifeswork and now I am for some reason shut out? I have send messages on messenger and though the support system (2 times). This is a matter of trust and decency. You should live up to the standards you say you set. You set a very bad example for other people, saying its ok to steal from, cheat, and abuse your customers.

I would highly recommend utilizing the customer support chat feature on Domain.com. Twice I have received emails concerning my payment and that Paypal had denied the charge. They were able to look into the matter, find that the payment was denied and assisted me in getting it paid through another source. Simple, effortless transaction, problem solved and the representative was extremely courteous and helpful throughout.

Appalling customer service. No way to stop annual repayments. Considering closing my bank account in order to stop making annual payments to this atrocious approach to automatic repayments without facility to opt out.AVG's DIS-service continues after they direct me to their circuitous 'support' line which is a farce. It actively obstructs your direct and immediate ability to stop unwanted renewal payments. APPALLING.
