ORDER WITH CAUSATION Id give no stars if i could.I ordered a Sony sound bar worth £100 from Amazon on the 4th of December. It is now the 17th after multiple rearrangements of delivery from the 7th UntIll the 9th December The item never turned up contacted customer service who told me I would have to wait until the 22nd in order to get a refund ive been given the runaround by customer service agents so finally, I get a notification telling me the item has been sent back to Amazon reason being damaged so I thought great I can get a refund now that I have this notification telling me the item has been sent back to Amazon so basically they’re telling me that they have the item and it’s being sent back to Amazon because of a damage label or damage to the item i call up customer service to be then told I have to wait until the 21st when initially they told me the 22nd to get my refund, which can then possibly take up to 7 days meaning my son doesn’t get his present for Christmas because I don’t have another £100 to go out and buy this sound bar I will never again order something of this magnitude from Amazon The good thing is with this item you have a one time passcode so they can’t just say they delivered it with no photo evidence so now I’ve got to wait until the 21st four days before Christmas to get a refund when they can clearly see it’s on the way back to Amazon and that the delivery driver was sending it back but still won’t refund me until the 21st then after that, it could take seven days to process my refund absolutely vile service I also bought some Oracle cards from Amazon that was supposed to turn up by the 17th that have not turned up also bought on the 4th of December A notification saying if they’re not here by the 17th I can get a refund guess what no-show of the Oracle cards either that’s two items that I bought on the same day that have not turned up sort it out Amazon horrible company with horrible customer service agents this has taught me a lesson don't buy from Amazon at Christmas buy else where They also failed to tell customers that if their items don’t turn up there is a very long window of where you cannot get a refund. I wish i would’ve seen this somewhere. I thought that if it didn’t turn up by certain time they would cancel the order and refund you, would you believe that they won’t even let me cancel the order to get a refund quicker because the order was already in process of being delivered but wasn't delivered on the due date and still not delivered or attempted delivery very disgusted with this service very disgusted never again you’re losing a lot of custom this year Amazon aren’t you? Because there are a lot of bad reviews on trust pilot right now isn’t it? theres also an option on trust pilot to notify Amazon of your trust pilot review and they still don’t get back to you even on trustpilot they don’t even reply to your trust pilot review that’s how much of a bad company they are further more I'm now siting down writing a complaint to trading standards and to get some advice on the matter got a refund today the 23/12/2024 brought item on the 4th December but had to wait Until a certain date the 21st of December to ask for a refund then made me fill out a form 😱 i asked for a gift voucher as compensation for no show late item which it clearly states you can have but got told they didn't know about this 🙄 lesson learnt you've lost yet another costumer will never buy from Amazon again 👍🏻 i got the item in 10 minuets from argos 🤣🤣

I thought you have expert but they give short answers, why they suppose to give the full answer.The reason for using this app is to be helped where I don't have a clue.

I shared my bad experience to tripadvisor about one restaurant in Symi Island.The owner of the restaurant replied and used abusive language about me and established on his page and i complain to the tripadvisor that how they allow such kind of writing on the page. Tripadvisor answered me that the writing of the owner is normal no any wrong thing.So tripadvisor allow abusive language on their website and they take side.

They have censored my review. I have Amazon Prime because of The Boys and Expanse - and I've checked out new Rings of power series. I gave the show 2/10 on IMDB (owned by Amazon) because it's so bad. They've removed my score on IMDB along with all other scores below 6/10. That's how censorship works. I'm cancelling Amazon Prime today.

Cengage is the most piece of crap company there is. I purchased an e textbook promising instant access and was charged for it. However, when I tried to access it after the purchase it would send me to the checkout cart telling me to purchase it again. It says that my access expired, when I just bought it today and they already charged me. This company is a scam, fellow college students don't ever buy anything from this joke of a company.
