Review of dashlane
Dashlane is the best password and secure messages app I've ever found. It's not cheap, but it can be used just about everywhere. My rating is because Dashlane recently changed to annual billing only as opposed to once per month. All of a sudden, I was charged an annual plan ($80+). Support's answer was that I should have known because Dashlane sent emails and in-app messages. This never happened. When the answer to a support question is "we told you so" and my only other option is to stop using the app entirely, this is clearly not an ideal resolution. I understand support has nothing to do with the abrupt decision to change my options. My comments and rating are an overall assessment of this transition and the impossibility of any resolution other than "we told you so" when they didn't.
Review of Instagram
I have created an account only to view reels which interests me about animal rescues, cooking, road trips etc. I don’t post or re post, except comment on other reels as well. Instagram stopped sending my comments now 3 times for 24 hours, saying I violated their community practices. It makes no sense as my comments are replies or queries about a reel. No swearing or abuse. Disappointing system 😕
