Overall very satisfied and a good fit with my small consulting business. I would appreciate a simpler way to coordinate billing hours and reports. Creating an invoice does take a bit of manual manipulation in some instances.

Worst Customer service ever!

Worst Customer service ever!! I placed an order almost 8 business days ago, when their site claims orders will be shipped withing 4-6 business days. When calling to speak to someone, phone rings 4 times, then disconnects. Try email, no response, try texting, no response, try DM through Facebook, No response. I will never order from them again, nor do I want my order now!

I wish I had seen these reviews. I, like almost everyone here, placed an order on the 19th November 2022, during their black friday sale. I was charged multiple times for my order. Every day since i placed the order i kept checking the order status and it kept saying order is being prepared. Finally on the 2nd December it said it'll arrive in 3 days time. Everyday since the 6th December the delivery date kept changing, i reached out to UPS last night and they said this is an issue with Crocs as my package has not moved since. I tried calling, emailing, using the live chat, but it was to no avail. I feel helpless as i spent a lot of money and dont know what to do. I'm considering taking legal action. Is crocs a scam?

I’ve noticed the last4 times of having chipotle from different locations I’ve gotten sick after eating it. I ending up throwing up all night long and having an upset stomach a day or so afterwards. At first I thought it could’ve been just the first location but after eating at several diff ones in orlando I came to the conclusion that it has to be something going on with the food. The other day was my last time ever eating Chipotle.

Review of zoom

Zoom Installation Program Defective

Instead of installing the latest version it claims it will, the installation program automatically launches a much older version of Zoom that no longer works. I can't join meetings with it and I can't log into an account with it. I also tried uninstalling it, manually deleting it and clearing my browser history, but always end up with the same results. The supposed installation software launches the old version that no longer works.

Dear Zara Customer Services,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order (Order Number: 53712833927) placed on 28th April 2025, with a total value of £214.90, which included clothing for both myself and my two-year-old son.When I placed the order, I was promised delivery by Friday, 2nd May 2025. Unfortunately, on that day I received a message informing me that the delivery had been delayed and would instead arrive on Tuesday, 6th May 2025. While I appreciated the notification and understood the delay, particularly given the bank holiday weekend, I made arrangements based on the revised delivery date.However, I was deeply disappointed to receive yet another message today, Tuesday, 6th May 2025, stating that the delivery has been delayed once again and is now expected on Wednesday, 7th May 2025. This ongoing delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.I had purchased these items specifically for an event I was attending today with my son. Due to the non-arrival of the order, we were unable to wear the new outfits as planned and had no choice but to make alternative arrangements, which was both disappointing and upsetting.I still wish to receive the items I ordered, but I must express my dissatisfaction with the poor level of service provided. The repeated delays, lack of reliable communication, and disruption to my plans have left me very disappointed. I would appreciate a clear explanation for these delays, a formal apology, and a gesture of compensation in recognition of the inconvenience and frustration caused.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.Kind regards,

DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOP

I broughtg a HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 at Bestbuy 4/6/24. One month later I detected that if I shot down it down. it will be very hard to turn it back on. Pushed the power botton for 3-4 secconds not work. I have to hold it for 30 senconds to reset it and sometime it worked and sometime it did not ,Sometime, if you close the lid and open then hold the power botton will turn it on. So I just do restart . I finally called HP support , their outsourced indian agent Steve is very rude and got mad while I can hardly understood him. The only solution offered is to send it back to them for service and it will take at least 15 days. THE BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOP.

Good reviews are either fake or they got lucky … I told myself I would never use UberEats again, yet when they joined with Instacart for restaurant delivery, I stupidly did. I was missing three items in my order and of course they refused a refund for food that never even arrived. Last time I had an issue, the delivery guy was sitting downstairs in my parking lot and canceled the order while I was walking down to get it. Do you think they gave me my money? Of course not, they gave the driver a free dinner!! The time before that I was delivered an order from a completely different restaurant and they refused to refund this as well. Run from this service. It is an absolute scam and fraud.

Wow what a shitshow of a company

Wow what a shitshow of a company, not going to lie. Support site doesn't even work for me. The Unifying Receiver doesn't work for half of their devices. The G602 mouse I bought twice both had receiver failures in the exact same way. The keyboard I got from them also had the same receiver issues. Seriously, don't get anything from these guys with anything wireless. Their support system is crap, you have a 50/50 shot of their receivers actually connecting to your device, and I have a nagging hunch that this may or may not be a ploy to get people to buy their products over and over again. Support took forever to respond and basically told me everything I already knew, and in summary told me to pound sand. I will not be buying more Logitech products.

Good — if you can afford it

I've been using HubSpot for quite some time now, and overall, it's a good all-in-one CRM platform that has a nice selection of tools for managing sales and marketing efforts. However, it can be a bit overwhelming at first; the learning curve is definitely there. Also, the pricing can seem a bit steep (especially if your company's needs keep growing), but it's on par with the competition, and I'd say it's worth it.

When they send me a recovery code I IMMEDIATELY enter the code exactly as it was sent and google says “wrong code” THEY sent it!?Customer service representatives will not talk to you, it is so frustrating! They should shut down and either up ad die!

Telstra 'helping' small business

Wise Words bookshop moved 150 metres in the town of Moree wanting to take internet and telephone. First Telstra failed to act on an online request (their prefered option). They binned the second request (because something was incorrect even though it had been made by telephone). The third request was acted on, but delayed for an extra week because it required an NBN technician. Then I was allocated an iterim number, so I could make calls, but nobody could ring me. Then they disconnected the telephone number altogether so I could no longer complain about it, as it did not exist. After pressure from my Federal MP's office the number was reinstated and calls forwarded to a private mobile number. Now they have raised an order number, assured me that it is programming / back end issues and whatever else comes to mind. After six weeks there is still no prospect of the telephone service being restored.
