Bad customer service ! Capital One cancelled my card without letting me know ! I have to wait for ten days to get the new one ! When I depend on my debit card to buy groceries for my family , it is not okay to cancel a customers debit card without giving them a warning !

Predatory trial periodsI did the one month free which LinkedIn said they would notify me prior to renewing for the monthly price. They did not and just charged the card anyway. When signing up, I attempted to cancel right away to avoid the auto-renewal, but doing so immediately clears all your inMail credits. To avoid instantly losing the main benefit of the trial, I decided to wait to cancel trust them to notify me prior to renewal so I could hold the credits in case I needed to message someone out of my network. Big Mistake, don't trust them to do what they advertise- they will not notify you prior to being charged for the next month.
