I had the Quickbooks Online Core Payroll this evening with Darryl. I highly recommend! The software itself is brilliant and learnt alot talking with Darryl, who was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with me In areas unknown to me. It’s unbelievable! They won’t give you access to your data unless you keep paying for the subscription.Since I’m no longer self-employed, there’s no point in maintaining a subscription—but they still refuse to grant access to all my data. Make sure you’re comfortable with this before signing up. I’ve reported it to the Financial Ombudsman.

One of the worst company to sell items on. Customer complained and I was away so didn’t reply back within 48 hours. They refunded him and I never got my item back. They said You may also consider reaching out to the buyer to discuss the issue with them, should they be interested in returning your item. What a complete joke this is. Never going to use them again. No protection for the seller at all. They just want their fees and not bothered about anything else.

If I can give -5 stars I would. The worst service ever. Your not protected by them. I have a lot of my clients from out of state. Because I don’t have them in front of me for chip cards. I just lost $1,940 ! Because they wouldn’t even bother to let me give the documents I have to support my case. It’s open and close all because it’s a chip. They are horrible. Don’t do any business with them. I sign up after I ask many times I’m protected correct ? ALL LIES ! They don’t protect and can’t get any help from them. Square gives better help then these people.

Their support tries very hard to make it work. GitPush is very particular and SFTP had a lot of trouble working due to unusual protocol and port setup so that was very unpleasant overhead to the usually simple wp development. The hosting service is getting dated with lack of good devops or devX so that's a big warning.

Paid for a month to try and never could get the same 52 GB of files uploaded. Said they were but upload failed. No issues with other services, browsers, anti-virus, web cache, internet connection or otherwise. Have Gigabyte Fiber with 926 upload speeds and works like a charm, except on this site. No live support, no phone, no help. Canceled service after a frustrating day of troubleshooting and failures.
