Virus ruined my computer; no refund

Oh brother. Why did I sign up for 2 years. The virus protection from them DID NOT protect my desktop which is now defunct. In the closet. not worth fixing, if even fixable. And, although I have another whole year left of the subscrip., they will not refund any of my money. They say a cust. service sup. will call me back. HA HA they just closed my service complait with NO service. Never again.

McAfee doesn't deserve one star

McAfee doesn't even deserve one star from me. Where is the thumbs down here? All kinds of stuff is happening since downloading the 2024 version. I am getting multiple pop-ups from them, saying my information is at risk! What am I paying them for? They always want to hold you hostage until you upgrade for 5X's the price! Every time I restart my computer things change on my computer. I had a task bar at the bottom of my screen and that was gone, then it changed my search engine to Yahoo and everytime I restart I have to change it back to my chrome account, even the screen view size percentage. EVERYTIME!!! Anytime it thinks I am going to an unsafe website it will change my search engine again to Yahoo nullifying my chance of signing up for FREE Disney+ with my internet provider, I had to call Disney to help!!!!. Their pop-ups are very annoying, I have never had them before, now I have all kinds from others as well the newest is the Daily News. Nothing but a huge headache and my heart is pounding every time I open laptop thinking what could or will happen today. I still don't know if I'm safe online. I've had it less than 2 months.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. CNN is basically only good for whenever you want to fill your head with utter rubbish and/or far left propaganda - which by the way, isn't any better than far right propaganda.Their 'journalists' don't seem to do any valuable investigative work because the crap that they 'report' on sounds scripted, at best. Maybe that's why their ratings have plummeted?

I had no problems checking out. I made sure that I had at least $10 worth of products when I checked out and was a little worried I didn’t read enough fine print because the total was 13.99, but when I check the app after my transaction it did take the $10 offer off the total. Great experience!

I have bought an swimming pool cover from Bol.com, I was not happy with product and returned it back. They have not accepted my return by saying "harmed" which is lie. Item is not returned to me, reimbursement is not done. Customer service told me 3 times that they will reply in 3 days. Customer service executive closed chat when I told her I want to talk to her supervisor.

I’m honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered with bol.com. I ordered an iPhone 13 on October 7, 2024 (Order Number: 4173724096), and things quickly went downhill. The delivery driver from PostNL handed my expensive package over to a neighbor without asking for a signature or any proof that it was delivered to the right person. How is that even acceptable?To make matters worse, customer support has been no help at all. I was told twice that I would get a refund for the lost package, but every time I followed up, they claimed there was no record of my previous conversations, and nothing was done to fix the situation.I’m beyond frustrated with this whole experience and honestly, I won’t be using bol.com again. If you care about good service and accountability, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Beware of Kroger coupons for “Best Customers” for big dollars. I spent the required $200 but the coupon did not come up. Customer service rep said it was fraudulent. She gave me $10 off anyway but it was embarrassing and I was holding up the line. Now I notice that many other coupons did not work eitherI don’t know how to tell if future ones are real or not as they were on the Kroger app
