I've used booking.com for over 15years, they used to be great but now they have no customer service at all. The message function should be removed, please don't use it as it isn't monitored. Just a waste of time messaging. I wasn't even complaining all I wanted to do was extend a booking but now the whole booking is cancelled. Even the property owned tried calling and they still ignored it. If you have an issue with where you are staying and you are abroad, you need a company you can trust, that is not booking.com!!!! I won't be using them again

After a 10 hours drive, stopped at BW for one night rest before continuing the drive. It was a hot summer day and the AC at the room broke at 3 AM. could not get rest. In the morning tried to have breakfast before heading the road but the waffle machine was broke as well.Wrote a complaint to the hotel manager but did not get any reply back. Then wrote to the Head Office and to my surprise, the HO said they could not do anything.So, not only I did not get a rest that night, I paid around $400 for it and did not get any proper response to my complaints. The WORST HOTEL experience I had.

I purchased a pair of ultra boost running shoes from the Adidas website. They fell apart after around 60km..needless to say that's not good enough for the price, the customer service I then received was not at all good. I made the return to Nike as their service and product is top notch. Id highly recommend the Pegasus trail 4s. Having said that if there's effective pressure as a stakeholder put in place to remove the glazer ownership from man utd then I'd definitely return as a customer

Poor service.Ready to fix home collection proptly but hard sell their packages .When addon test asked for during collection directed to call center executive who has no clue what a PT inr is .Was to call back after adding but no response and my call records erased when i tried later and the test refused as report released .In fact only patial reports were released at the time .

On March 13th, I visited the Target located at 6150 Bayfield Pkwy in Concord NC to shop for a computer. I went to the electronics department hoping to find a salesperson who could assist me with my purchase. Unfortunately there was no one there. I proceeded to take a look at the computers on display but didn't see what I was looking for. I decided to leave. On my way out, a woman approached me and said, "I see that you were looking at the computers." At this point, I was a little confused. I am thinking, who are you? Do you work here? She did not say who she was. I thought to myself, if you are a salesperson, why didn't you come over and assist me. She then proceeded to say, "I will help you"at the same time, she was having a conversation with another worker. I tried to explain to her what I was looking for but it seemed as if she was not interested. She then said to me, "use your phone, go to target.com to see what we have, but first I have to go and put my things away" (she had some bags in her hands). I waited for quite a while. When she did not return I decided to leave.On my way out, standing by the exit door, was a security guard. I have never seen a security guard at Target before. Then it dawned on me. I was being profiled.
