I was confused and unsure about my purchase. When I called, I spoke to Howard and he was very helpful. He reassured me. It was OK to place the order that I didn’t have to try it on my own. I’m not very tech savvy and I felt so much better. I can say honestly he made the process seamless and I felt very confident after my purchase.

They are not cheaper (no matter what some "experts" says), you won't save money with them.It's practically impossible to determine the end costs.The services (most) are heavily convoluted to configure and they are hard to configure (btw, I am certification and I still have troubles with the console and shell, with the old and the new interface).But I think part of the problem was that AWS is not aimed at small companies but big multinationals.

Amazon deliveries getting consistently worse and no accountability from Amazon with unreasonable wait times to try and sort it out. How can a parcel be handed to resident (the correct resident) when it is nowhere to be seen??? Multiple deliveries a week don’t arrive in my building. Either the driver is thieving or Amazon is failing to do their due diligence. They clearly don’t care

Twice the reason given was that the property had been sold and should have been removed from the website and thirdly because another site had already booked the accommodation to another customer.
