Needed a tow in Indiana. The app would not let you continue if you wanted to tow to a shop other than one suggested. Needed to call them but then got 3 options that kept taking you in the continuous circle of using the app & calling & getting sent back to the app. So annoying I had to google a phone number to get a real person. They don’t give you any idea of how long you will wait & apparently only have one choice in the area. 3 hours & counting waiting for a 17 mile tow. I wish I would’ve just called someone not affiliated with AAA but then why am I paying for it if I don’t use them right? Ugh so frustrated. I likely won’t renew.

Took my disabled child to an event in December and had a terrible experience. Tried to sort it out on the day but manager was busy and the staff whilst polite were ineffective. Have emailed 15 times and just get a message saying they are looking into it. Messaged on Twitter and apparently they are having problems and will get back to customers in a few weeks. Perhaps the NT should keep out of politics and righting the wrongs of the past, and concentrate on running the properties they are supposed to be looking after.

Horrible experience! Was charged $39.56 for a brand new book from Library Mercantile but received a USED book from Goodwill. Ironically, they left original invoice on book that said used book was $13.50 with $3.99 shipping. Talk about a bait and switch tactic! They decided to offer a refund of $11 if I wanted to keep the book which was still grossly overcharging me. I returned item and found out they would not return my shipping cost even when it was their error. Took weeks of going back and forth for a partial resolution. NEVER AGAIN!
