very bad service'hv booked de flight 12agt 2022 en due to passed away of my brother - had to fly earlier en I have cancelled de ticket on time en reconfirmed by de customer service.When I was back, apply to refund ticket.It's been more than 5 times calling en more than 5 emails sending the cs but until now - dont receive any anwers and no refund ticket process.It's a pity!Flying with Emirates but You dont ever ever get back your refund ticket.

I love Ecosia and the fact that I'm planting trees searching the internet - Ecosia however is not a very good search engine, and when I want a more serious search, I just write "Google" on Ecosia and then start my search there - then I'm still one search closer to planting a tree ;-) - (not too happy about the new look though, miss the old one)

This booking website allowed me book a hotel after 10pm and when I arrived to said hotel just after midnight, I found out that there was no access and no reception after 10pm. When I checked out, I also had a text to say I'll get a text on how to retrieve my key after hours, which I did not receive. I also got given an out of hours telephone number, to which nobody answered. Why would you allow bookings for a hotel after a certain time, if you know they're closed? Fast forward a week, customer services not helpful, so I started a charge back with my bank. The charge back was unsuccessful because Agoda claimed that the opening hours were clearly written (they werent) and my bank agreed. So my question is, why do you allow bookings if the hotel is closed? I'm £63 down and never will I use this site again.

It's impossible to cancel a subscription online even though it was setup online. You have to call a number wasting time and I kept forgetting so I was billed extra for something I never wanted. I emailed them to cancel but instead of cancelling it they replied telling me to call. Surely this is not legal? If a customer informs in writing their wish to cancel that should be enough!

With Preply you can find many teachers and try them. You will find out the best one for you. The customer service is very good. Never problems for solving bad matters. Only one flaw: the web site is a bit complicated and the procedures are a bit convoluted. Happy English!

On January 21, 2025, I clicked on the app store Final Cut Pro app (cost about $300usd) LX7 for no reason. The software is paid after downloading. As a result, the money was deducted within seconds after clicking. Since I don’t have any video editing needs, I don’t have an urgent need for this software. After the deduction, I immediately applied for a refund and called Apple customer service to explain the situation. However, on the next day, January 22, I received a rejection of Apple’s refund application. I appealed again on the 22nd, but the refund was still rejected and the appeal and refund channel was no longer open. I feel that Apple is suspected of forcing sales, so I appeal here, please urge Apple to refund me. So far, I have not downloaded and used this software or have any need for video editing in the future.

This software constantly shows alarming pop-ups with little to no real basis, clearly aimed at pushing users toward buying a paid version. While sadly not uncommon in the industry, the approach here feels especially aggressive and borderline deceptive. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
