Good idea, enabling players to play others at a similar level. In theory. Ok, so players may say they are at a different level than they really are at. This is not the problem for me. Of late the game stops randomly and says I've lost because I've abandoned the game when I haven't. Seriously annoying. Was really quite good until this started. Now pretty crap more often than not.

Rubbish company. My account suddenly restricted to digital purchases only with reason about violations of our returns and refund policy. But the fun fact is, I don’t even purchase anything before, and the only bill I purchase is well received and reviewed. I had contact the CS and OFM team for few times but it’s doesn’t change. Nonsense company policy and rubbish reaction just make me sad about them.

25 years of Adobe and other design tools plus expert at CSS.. Figma is sucking hard!!Figma teams must have put in a ton of work, the potential is great BUT the reality is that its literally the worst design experience/tool ever...Try to mask an image, try to change that image, try working with advanced auto layout. Try moving items to the front in a group with a mask... its literally impossible.Designing a complex layout using Auto layout which should use CSS rprinciples... its just impossible. I would rather hand-code from scratch in CSSYou guys need to have a serious rethink... and pull this tool together. I imagine you have a techie-led team who don't have enough design software or design experience... or enough CSS experience too??? I am losing my mind trying to do simple things (like image masks)... or even creating color libraries, or anything... its just too hardOr exporting optimised JPEGs.... we cant.You're so close to a great tool, but someone with experience and a bird's eye view needs to pull this together... quickly

I find your site to be confusing compared with sites of other suppliers. Twice now I have tried to place an order and in each occasion I had to abandon my attempt; only to have the abandoned order supplied along with the next, successful, order. Also my donations are routinely ignored, never added to amount due for purchases.

I purchased a gift subscription for a family member and had to make an account for myself, and force the recipient to make an account too; all I had wanted was to gift a print subscription. When there was a mistake in the email address, I had to spend a long time trying to get help, which was confusing and in the end unsatisfactory. Then the recipient received an email requesting a payment! The email support refused to refund, and made several mistakes as well as delaying up to a week to respond.The reply on to my review on Trustpilot could be judged to lack sincerity, given that there is no acknowledgement of clear and widespread dissatisfaction with the service.
