Prosperworks advertises its ability to sync with google contacts. It doesn't do that! (It can do some syncing with help of something like PieSync). It also creates duplicate contacts needlessly. This bug has been posted on their forums for quite some time and they have done nothing to address it.

I booked and paid in full for a rental property in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. (Prop. ID # 4230006) through VRBO, only to discover the host was a **fraudster who disappeared** with my money (Over $10,000.00 USD). Despite providing proof of the scam, VRBO’s customer service **refused to help** recover my funds or take accountability. "I'm extremely frustrated with VRBO's customer service. They opened a case for me, (Case #135019753) but every time I call, I'm met with the same questions about the issue all over again. It's like they're not even looking at my case file. I've already explained the problem multiple times, and it's getting infuriating to have to repeat myself. Not exactly what I'd call 'customer service'... More like 'customer repeat-yourself service'" After weeks of back-and-forth, I was forced to **dispute the charge through my bank** to get my money back—VRBO did **nothing** to resolve this. Their "Book with Confidence Guarantee" is a **complete lie**—they offer no real protection against scams.

100% Indian Scam artists!On a drousy Sunday morning I clicked on an ad an was so foolish to fill out my home telephone number. The next day I was phoned by some Indian guy calling himself Kevin. He did not accept my resignation and even told me he could sue me because I left my phone number and should open an account now.Big time scam and because I live in Europe Investment.com should regards the laws of the countries it's operating in.I'm considering a law suit against them; it will cost me but I think it's a good investment.

I am encouraged. As I said before. I am encouraged with this link that has worked for me a number of times. However, I was locked out again, but was able to get things going again. Absolutely horrible website. Aside from the amazing families I have been able to meet via care.com, the actual website has caused me so many issues. It is one of the worst websites I have ever used. Twice now my bio has been deleted and re-written NOT BY ME. My entire bio was deleted and someone else re-wrote a bio for me (twice!) that was shorter and not at all the way I would typically write - someone else had re-written my complete bio to say vague things about childcare. The messaging system is also absolutely terrible and most of the time parents or families and I have to switch to text or email to be able to actually communicate. I constantly receive emails saying "so and so wants to hear back from you!" but when I view the message, the actual recipient of the email was someone else and it says so in the original message. I'm not sure if parents know many of their messages just get re-directed to other caregivers like myself even though they never directly intended to message me. I have multiple reviews that show on the app but apparently on the desktop version it does not show reviews, though it still has a spot for them so if you review my page on the desktop it doesn't show I have any reviews. I just cannot say enough negative things about this website.

Terrible customer handling.- Staff at counters are generally condescending, especially if you don't come across as a local.- If you call the helpline, you'll be lucky to be able to speak with someone in less than 40 minutes.- Extra charges for any document they send you by post (even if it's not your fault their website doesn't work).
