Despite providing proof of the scam, VRBO’s customer service **refused to help** recover my funds or take accountability. "I'm extremely frustrated with VRBO's customer service. They opened a case for me, (Case #135019753) but every time I call, I'm met with the same questions about the issue all over again. It's like they're not even looking at my case file. I've already explained the problem multiple times, and it's getting infuriating to have to repeat myself. Not exactly what I'd call 'customer service'... More like 'customer repeat-yourself service'" After weeks of back-and-forth, I was forced to **dispute the charge through my bank** to get my money back—VRBO did **nothing** to resolve this. Their "Book with Confidence Guarantee" is a **complete lie**—they offer no real protection against scams.
