Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I forgot to add my free gift and immediately called for assistance to add the gift. I was told that couldn't be modified. Which everything can be modified it is based on your willingness to do so. I then said ok I would like to cancel and reorder for my free gift... was then told that cancelations are not guaranteed.
