I use the Claude pro plan, which is generally great. However, I've recently run into an issue where Google docs aren't loading. I've followed all of the standard troubleshooting steps (disconnected Google from Claude, etc.) and have now been waiting 2 weeks for a response from customer support, despite having reached out multiple times.

Came as default on my new machine, usually uninstall but thought to give it a try. Not impressed at all. I am very computer literate. And the only thing I know to hijack your machine in this way is a virus. The popups disabled my entire computer, didn't allow me to click anything, and couldn't be clicked away. Had to restart via the manual button. Other than this, the bug with uninstalling is interesting too, it feels like they deliberately make uninstalling impossible. Though I have thankfully managed this time around without issues.Not only this but like some viruses it switches the search engine used in the browser, constantly reinstalling yahoo after I have explicitly uninstalled. No permission was ever given to install yahoo. I can't say if Mcafee is useful. Only that it is excessively frustrating and buggy.

Horrible customer service! The Mighty Bowser lego set came with a damaged part. Lego flat out refuses to replace the part so now I have to return the entire $270 used set to the store.Maybe the company should use legos to build itself a brain.

Chegg is a waste of money and possibly a scam. I used to use chegg for exam revision and the answers were great and useful but now everything's different. They flag expert asked questions as breaking the code of honor and refuse to refund tokens even though the questions submitted were in the exact same manor as previously submitted and answered. Not worth the money.

Medium started to show its articles only to members with paid subscriptions since a couple of weeks ago. So, it is useless to non-paying members. Then, it has a large network of sites --I don't know if they belong to it or not-- that publish the biginning of its articles --as a bait-- and direct the reader to Medium.com to read the whole articles, that is, they do themselves exactly what Medium itself does.

I took my daughter to the doctor today and learned that neither of my kids have insurance coverage. I submitted all the necessary information on time during the enrollment period. In the previous year my policy covered both me and my children. Because my income changed, this year the market place submitted my kids’ info to CHIPS. (I had no idea about this until today. I got no information at all about CHIPS being a possibility in this application. I even received a new insurance card WITH my kids listed as dependents, so as far as I knew they were on my new policy!) Talked with CHIPS and learned that the application was submitted incorrectly by the market place, causing it to be invalid and thus was neither approved nor denied! Therefore my kids currently have no insurance. I spent over an hour talking to several different reps this afternoon, and it’s going to take more time to get this fixed. A complete nightmare caused by one little mistake made by the healthcare market place. Meanwhile my daughter is experiencing pain and can’t see the doctor because of this insurance mess.

Worst company to deal with. As paying customer you would expect to be able to reach someone ! The makes it impossible to get hold of a real person to solve your problem, I have a billing problem where the overcharged me and the make it impossible to get it resolved ! Once the have your money you are done. The either connect you to only Ad Technical Support in India ! Once the guy in India was very friendly and tried to connect me to the billing department but the robot just hang up on me because I was not able to type in the account number in 5 seconds :( Also I don't believe the Ads are very honest. As Advertiser the push me to pay $1 per click or more. As Media Platform the put so many Ads on my web page but pay me 1 cent per click :( I would not trust them ! I will file a Consumer Complaint at the Government Page and see what happens. But pretty sure this will not do anything those big corporations are not afraid of the Gov !

Been an avid user for some 4 years - managed to get 20gb of free storage via recommending to friends which is useful. Better than all others I've tried, google drive is possibly nipping at heels in terms of free storage , that that requires a gmail account

Makes you pay multiple times to share the same drive space. If you pay for say 2Tb and try to share a large folder with someone else (say to get them to add photos to it) you'll find you can't because dropbox want to charge that person over again for the same storage. So you can't share a large folder with someone unless they are also paying dropbox. Once you discover this you'll also find that Dropbox refuse outright to give you a refund

I have had an account with crypto.com for more than 5 years. Recently, I was told that my account activities did not meet their security standards and that I should remove my funds. That resulted in selling my crypto currencies. Unfortunately, I was unable to transfer my coins. I reached out to their customer support team asking for the reason for termination, and if there was a way to resolve this issue. I was given no reason. I was even unable to speak with anyone over the phone. I have sold my currencies.

Billed me after 7 days of trial without asking for my permission, they sent a very non-warning email, and i remember pretty clearly that the offer was formulated in a way to understand that they will ask for your confirmation before they will start charging you.So basically they are playing with words, be careful.
