Absolutely the worst travel company in the whole world. We booked a confirmed tour with agoda in bangkok to river Kwai, then the night before at 9.15PM we got an email from a local Thai travel company saying that our tour has been fully booked!We did try to call the same Thai local travel company to confirm the following day booking and they said they don't have our booking and gave us a contact number in Pakistan to call. That is absolutely f*ng bull shit!

Mi experiencia con Thomann ha sido muy decepcionante debido a problemas importantes en la entrega de mi pedido. Al realizar la compra, proporcioné una dirección clara para la entrega a domicilio. Sin embargo, el paquete fue dejado sin mi autorización en un punto de recogida distinto, lo que resultó ser extremadamente inconveniente para mí.Actualmente estoy fuera del país, por lo que no puedo recoger el paquete dentro del plazo indicado por la empresa de mensajería. Además, el pedido estaba destinado a una persona mayor, quien no está en condiciones de trasladar una caja de gran tamaño desde el punto de recogida hasta su domicilio.Cuando contacté al servicio de atención al cliente de Thomann, me informaron que no podían solucionarlo, lo que muestra una falta de responsabilidad hacia el cliente. Esta situación representa un incumplimiento del servicio contratado y una gestión inadecuada de los problemas del cliente. No recomendaría esta empresa si valoras la fiabilidad y un servicio de atención al cliente efectivo.------------------------------My experience with Thomann has been very disappointing due to significant issues with the delivery of my order. When I made the purchase, I provided a clear address for home delivery. However, the package was left without my authorization at a different pickup point, which turned out to be extremely inconvenient for me.I am currently out of the country, so I cannot pick up the package within the timeframe indicated by the courier service. Moreover, the order was intended for an elderly person who is not in a position to transport a large box from the pickup point to their home.When I contacted Thomann's customer service, they informed me that they could not resolve the issue, which demonstrates a lack of responsibility towards the customer.This situation represents a breach of the contracted service and poor management of customer issues. I would not recommend this company if you value reliability and effective customer service.

Denying Treatment

How can a clinic that claims they help everyone deny someone in such need of help? Ridiculous. Seeing my family member suffer through horrendous back, shoulder, and neck pain for years with no treatment able to help is painful enough. But to then be denied treatment at a place that could actually help is a new level of low. Thanks Mayo Clinic for adding a giant slap in the face.

herschreven: ik heb de afgelopen 3,5 jaren de proef op de som genomen en heb met drie blacklist add-ons alle sites geprobeerd te weren die google mij elke keer als eerste suggereert. Dat is drie-en-een-half jaar van alles blokkeren en op een zwarte lijst zetten en de verwachting is dan eigenlijk dat de sites waar je naar op zoek bent dan eindelijk naar voren moeten komen. Nou, mispoes. Hetzelfde ook met afbeeldingen. Zoek bijvoorbeeld eens op retro jacket of red coat in google afbeeldingen en gebruik daarna eens yandex afbeeldingen, zie de verschillen. Ook hier heb ik in drie jaar tijd al deze ongewenste afbeeldingen geblokkeerd en steeds komen er nieuwe naar boven. Vreemd dat de meesten eindigen in een .EU extentie. Google influences popular culture. Google returned barely any results and they were all pro and not a bad thing. It did not answer my query. Everything shown was trying to convince me. Make no doubt that the Google search engine fully understands the query but it is programmed to only give you one side of the story. Where as Bing returned exactly what I was looking for; that is, pages and pages of sites asking the same thing I was with a possible explanation. Simply stated, Google does not give you the real picture but rather the picture people pay them to paint.So if you are using Google to do research, I’d be careful. ..the real question is what more is Google hiding? Normal people that have been indoctrinated to use Google because it is a hardwired habit just to type google.com, don’t understand that they are being shown Internet-lite as opposed to the real internet. Google simply pushes the point of view that it wants to push and the ones people pay money to push or perhaps their own ideology on society!From a data science point of view, Google is committing the ultimate sin called selection bias. So when you do a search, Google is selecting articles that agree with the point of view it wants to push (selection bias) and returns it to you. The analogy would be if I asked just my friends (who like chocolate) in the office what ice cream to order and reported back to the big boss that, “I surveyed the entire office and they all want to go with Chocolate” when clearly I only surveyed the people I wanted to survey thus pushing my personal preference. That’s selection bias at its finest, a cardinal data science sin!

Cannot speak to a human

After having my new card for a few days they suspended it without reason in early December. Got told via email and online chat to ring three different numbers but after spending hours on hold every day nobody answers. Their Twitter accounts ignore me too and now I’ve been waiting weeks for them to verify my documents. Have no hope that despite having a solid income they will re-instate my card. Total sham it seems they have just mass approved numerous accounts and suspended them all due to error and they have no staff manning their customer services. Seems very dodgy indeed a company like American Express think it’s acceptable to have hundreds of customers spending 3 hours plus daily on hold. Pathetic company.

AVOID CRYPTO.COM AT ALL COSTS

I sent a $60K Bank Wire to my Crypto.com account without a problem. I tried to send it to my Crypto.com Wallet as USDT. I got an error message that said "...USDT Withdrawals are not yet available. ou may exchange your USDT to another currency with Withdrawals..." I converted to ETH (with the $500+ Fee) only to get the same message with USDT replaced with ETH. I spent 5 hours with their useless BOTs trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. After almost 5 hours on hold (where they repeatedly said responses are less than 20 minutes) I was told the had arbitrarily LOCKED/RESTRICTED my account and it wasn't my business to know why. Then they repeatedly told me I could send my money BACK to my BANK. They did admit that "... you are correct that it [error message] does not directly state that crypto withdrawals are not possible..." but can't tell me when or why. After 5 hours+ of being on hold and repeatedly starting over with several new Customer Disservice representatives. My OLNY option is to lose the fees they stole and send the money back to my bank after wasting 3 days on hold

Review of vrbo

VRBO's "guarantee" is worthless…

VRBO's "guarantee" is basically worthless. We rented a house in Yucca Valley for the weekend as we were attending a wedding. The manager didn't give me a phone number to contact them with and didn't respond to messages on VRBO. There were a variety of problems that made this a bad rental, all of which the management should have been aware of prior to our stay. Including an inoperable shower, thermostat that didn't work so no AC or heat, sharp thorns in the house where they ask you not too wear shoes etc.. When I contacted the manager via VRBO they never responded. When I contacted VRBO about the problems they told me I should have gone through the manager or contacted VRBO during our stay which was only two nights. Since I was waiting for a response from the management I didn't contact VRBO in time and their "guarantee" requires you to contact them during the stay. It's a catch 22 which forces users to be very aggressive with managers and owners in order to protect themselves. I couldn't spend the whole weekend fighting over this as I was in the wedding and had responsibilities. I have used VRBO many times and at least 50% of the rentals have problems. There is no quality control on the rentals and since I put an honest review up, the owners have given me a negative review as a renter. This is stacked against the renter. Try to use a local company if possible.

Complete waste of time…..

Tried to contact multiple property owners. No one responded, clearly a problem with my account. Requested help on the phone line. Was told they can only help if I have a confirmed booking.I CANT CONFIRM A BOOKING IF NO ONE REPLIES!!! Arrrggghhhhh!!!!!
