Biggest scam of all time. Never ever download this app. They have closed my account without prior notice and also not after doing that. And when I called them then customer service replied to email them and when I did that, I am still waiting for their reply. They don't have courage to face their customers. All they want is money once they get it they will kick you and close your account. Everytime advertisement will appear and middle of game app will reopen and it will count as your loss. Overall pathetic app.

I don't use stock photos frequently enough to get a subscription, so I buy the "on demand" downloads. I guess there is some sort of Auto-Renew feature that they are not upfront about, but it never really bothered me because it doesn't hurt to have 5 downloads available - they are good for a year. Well about a year ago, maybe longer, I tried to download an image, and they said I needed to buy a new plan. As soon as I did, they auto-renewed my other plan too! I asked for a refund, but they said they don't offer refunds on plans. Just last week, I tried to download an image, and the same thing happened - I was prompted to purchase a new plan. I did, then I see my statement and they renewed my other two plans the same day (at $49 each)!! I guess they had some out of date credit card info, and just needed new info to continue the charges. Again, I asked for a refund and they said no. Why would they be prompting me to buy new plans, if they are going to auto-renew my other ones once I make a purchase?!

Rather worrying how easy it is for an external party to access your Coinbase account and take your crypto! I received an email from what I thought was Coinbase which asked me to update my account details. I clicked the link then entered my email and phone number then entered a code sent to my number and that was it - my solana was taken out of my account, no password or security key needed! Coinbase makes it seem like the site and crypto in general is very secure but if someone can access your account without a password or key, it makes you wonder how secure it is. I was told that the funds are unlikely to now be returned…

DON'T YOU EVER TRY TO SUBSCRIBE XING. My account was charged even after I canceled my subscription before the renewal date. Their answer, "WE SHOULD CANCEL IT 3 WEEKS PRIOR". Funny! This company is a total scam please don't ever use it. I wish I can rate 0 star because they deserve it.
