Review of fiverr
My name is Jaquon Brownridge (Fiverr username: jaquonslf) and I’m a long-time seller on Fiverr. I even upgraded my account to their premium seller subscription expecting faster support and more trust from the platform. What I got instead? The worst treatment I’ve ever experienced as a freelancer.Fiverr is currently holding $917 of my cleared funds, even though the order was:Fully completed and deliveredReviewed with a 5-star rating from the buyerFree of any cancellations, disputes, or refund requestsAlready held for Fiverr’s standard 14-day clearance periodEven after all that, they disabled my withdrawal access with no real explanation, and their support team has been absolutely useless. I’ve sent multiple tickets. No real people ever reply — only bots sending automated “help” messages that don’t help at all.To make it worse, they asked me to “submit proof of delivery” — after I already submitted a 16-page custom-written document as my order. It’s the same high-level work I’ve done for other clients on the platform with no issues. I delivered EXACTLY what I was paid to do. They’re ignoring that.At this point, it feels like Fiverr is treating sellers like free labor. You expect me to write and work and deliver — and then I wait 14 days just to be eligible to withdraw. And then you still won’t release the money? That’s not just bad business — it feels like slavery. I did the work, I delivered it, I got a 5-star review. And I’m still being punished?I can’t even pay for new advertising, or fund new projects because my capital is locked up by a company that already took their 20% cut INSTANTLY — but won’t pay me what I earned. If you're a freelancer reading this: do NOT trust Fiverr with your money. You could put in hours of real work, deliver it perfectly, and still not be paid. Meanwhile, Fiverr uses your money, probably earns interest on it, and leaves you with nothing but auto-responses.Fiverr is killing businesses like mine by handicapping sellers who depend on their income to grow and survive. This isn’t a glitch — this is how they treat hard-working sellers who make them money. This platform has turned into a scam. Plain and simple.

They are not helpful at all phone crapped out and no fault of mine and they won't even compensate the month I'll be without a phone because I have to do standard exchange since I don't have 1200$ I can afford to have on hold in my account. I'm literally in tears every time I call and am given no help. Never use this company. The Indians on there seem to hate Americans and all say something completely different and lie constantly then when you call them out about the lie they gaslight you.

''Subscribe to Mail+ to continue reading''Not happening, I'm not paying for copy paste jobs from mumsnet and tiktok and instagram and adverts making me feel like my computer is as quick as 1992😅Then it clearly appears that the comments section has been overhauled, now currently is ''managed'' to suit the narrative. 100% of my comments were removed in the past month, so another reason not to come back.Bye
