Totally useless support.

Totally useless support.Our library needed to reset our password. Repeated attempts to have them email us the reset link failed.When we contacted support, they said we had to log in and create a ticket. So, with a lost password, we were unable to log in. Their support then simply repeated the same message. Obviously, their support is a waste of time. We would NEVER recommend this service to any organization. There's a reason so many leave Brevo, and we are one of the hundreds now.

Rotten rattan outdoor furnitures Me and my wife purchased a set of artificial rattan furnitures in June 2017 (1.400€)to our flat in Spain. After not having used it more than a couple of hours we put a cover (purchased from ECI)over the furnitures.When we uncover the furnitures a month or a half later we immediately saw that something was wrong with the rattan. We found debris like underdone macaronis on the floor and when touching the rattan on certain places it disintegrated. It was almost a farcical situation when thinkng of how much we paid and so short time the furnitures lasted.Even the colour of the cushion covers altered extremely fast which was not up to the least expectations of quality.I have tried to email ECI several times but have not got any response at all. The furnitures are crap and can’t be repaired. Maybe recyclable?Also my neighbors have rattan furnitures but of other brands and so far they have not experienced any problems.Jan & Lotta Lofgren

This is the third time I’m contacting you within six months regarding returned items for which I’ve provided all the necessary proof. I was told that the case is being handled via email — yet I haven’t received any response or update for over a month, despite repeated promises.It has been almost three months since the return, and I still haven’t received my refund. You now expect me to track a package that has already left my hands, instead of taking responsibility for the evidence and documentation you already received. This behavior is extremely unprofessional, lacks transparency, and shows blatant disregard for me as a customer.If I do not receive an immediate response from a senior department along with a full refund, I will escalate this to public channels — including consumer protection agencies, social media, relevant authorities, and my credit card company.I will not wait any longer.

The tube is always late many times cancelled very expensive and they changing the routes mid journey while you on tube if u are unlucky to have your headphones on ,you might travel where you didn’t want to ,beside that they’re doing tube strikes being unhappy with their pay but they completely fail to provide the services they’re supposed to provide ,never mind the gates are old and broken as when you tap your oyster/travel card it won’t work or charge you double the fair

Asher's (2 mos. old) 1st Concert!

Tori Kelly did not disappoint! Taking my daughter,Gentry, her daughter, Makena(9) and new baby boy, Asher(2mo) to his first concert! Makena already being a huge fan! Standing in line the attendant put us in the ADA section which was so sweet because of holding baby Asher and little Makena would have been drowned out by the standing people! THANK YOU!!!! A 3 generation treat full of wonderful songs and memories made! Crystal Lewis was a special treat as I had taken my daughter to Harvest crusade at the same age as Makena where Crystal Lewis performed! Thank you Tori!-A blessed grandma!

It is outrageous that they are refusing…

It is outrageous that they are refusing to either refund or extend membership, as they have closed all parks. Not at the instruction of the government, who have said parks should remain open. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, and apart from one reply again asking for my details nothing. On their Facebook page, they are refusing to answer any questions, apart from saying they will not be giving any refunds. This is a clear breach of the October 2025 European consumer law, which is clear. If you pay for a service, and that service is not supplied, you are entitled to a full refund. Again outrageous.

Freshfields …… don’t bother!!!

As National Trust members having today visited Freshfields. I have to say that we were shocked at conditions of the toilet facilities and the beach. The toilets are disgusting. Clearly not inspected or cleaned regularly by NT staff. We mentioned this to the NT rep who actually replied ‘that they’re not the best’. Well, the admittance was enough without addressing minimum cleanlinessNow, on the beach, it is clear to see that the area has been a former landfill site for building material. Which has then been covered with sand. But with erosion, this is exposed and the waste is a hazard. In some areas, there is evidence of asbestos boarding. NT have placed ‘keep off’ signs. But really, this isn’t good enoughFor the high membership charges (did I mention the £8.50 parking at Freshfields?) NT are not what they used to be. Standards are poor and embarrassing at the least. We’ve noticed the toilet facilities in other NT areas fall below standard

Not only has the membership fee gone up considerably over the last couple of years, but the cost of eating at the cafes is quite literally obscene. Having visited a site today, I was taken aback at the price vs quantity of the food offered. It’s almost a scam! Needless to say, as soon as my membership ends, it will not be renewed.

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking level of customer service at The Economist. For a publication that prides itself on intelligence and global standards, their after-sales service is nothing short of disgraceful. Trying to cancel my subscription has been a nightmare — the chatbot is useless, the website is a maze, and getting in touch with an actual human being feels like a bad joke.I’ve wasted hours navigating their broken system, only to be met with automated dead ends and unresponsive links. Their so-called “customer support” is an insult to paying subscribers. This is not just poor service — it's deliberate obstruction.It’s outrageous that a globally respected magazine treats its subscribers with such contempt. I expected professionalism and transparency, but all I’ve received is frustration and disrespect. I will never subscribe again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before giving them a cent.

Terrible company, poor customer service, had an issue withdrawing my balance, dealt with several people who kept saying that 'they understood where I was coming from' by pressing every button on the app i managed to discover that you can exchange your balNce for vouchers, 1 voucher worked and one didnt, told them to close my account and use my small balance to improve the customer service.They have zero interest in helping people

I showed them proofs, he never answered my apply and just been constantly ingoring me and support. I want them to cancel my order. I need to use my money. How is that even possible?
