I paid 100 € for a package that never been delivered to me because it was stolen by a courier. Customer service offered to send a replacement package, which I can report after 3 days, but the items were bought on sale and my size is no more available after that time !!! Worst Store! Since 2 weeks I have not had any money or a package.

The Cameras themselves are good albeit with some firmware issues. And the website is fairly harmless. But the subscription is an absolute trap and customer support is the worst I've experienced from an internationally known brand. Their support chat never works, and for some reason the call-back feature is only available within business hours of your country, but the call centre is in India and using a VPN to appear in another country you can get connected at any hour; so already they've made it artificially difficult to contact support. Once you finish a call with support there's no easy way to follow up, you need to request another call.I contacted support within hours of the GoPro Subscription automatically renewing, which I thought I'd cancelled and I ignored the email notice because it looks like another one of their marketing emails.I'm told a refund is not possible and I'm offered some accessories for the "inconvenience". When I made it clear I wanted my money back the call was abruptly disconnected and I was sent an email I couldn't reply to.Thankfully I was able to recover the money via PayPal's complaint system, but I never heard from GoPro again. Curiously it looks like the subscription is still active so either PayPal took the hit (doubtful), or GoPro legitimately have no process for cancelling a subscription. Baffling. Had I not gotten this money back I would have sold my camera out of spite.From this experience I'm never giving GoPro another cent and I advise everyone else do the same.If you must purchase the subscription use a card that'll expire within a year or immediately revoke automatic payments via PayPal's website.

The company is forcing drivers to use their legal name, they can’t use a nickname. So every Will, Bill, and Billy is now William, every Cate, Catie, Cath, and Cathy is now Catherine, and anyone who goes by a middle name is now their first name. Hope you don’t hate the full version of your first name and want every customer to know your legally identifying information!

I would be over the moon if I could get even a scammer email address for Logitech. They seem to want sweet FA to do with customers after the purchase has been made. I want to point out a design flaw in one of their keyboards. This is a flaw that is driving me nuts. The contact us links on their site do anything but put you in contact with Logitech. Looking at the stars, I see one guy must work for them looking at his patter and stars given. I would love to know how the hell he can make contact and the rest of us can't
