Best customer service EVER! I ordered some wrapping paper, when I got to the middle of the roll I realized the logo was messed up. I commented on the sellers page, not expecting anything to happen since it was 6 months after I ordered. Customer Service reached out to me asking if they can send me a new roll for free. Just amazing.

I paid for both the digital and print editions. I have been waiting for the print to arrive for more than 3 mos. I have hit a wall trying to contact them. They don't answer the phone, you can't leave a msg, they don't follow up on the online forms I fill out except to say "we'll get back to you". Not just TERRIBLE customer service...ZERO customer service.

I have ordered a phone on 4th of January but that phone was not o.k. Send it to the German repair Centre (Ingram). On the 12th of January they informed me that the phone would be swapped or refunded. Now, 1 month, many e-mails and many phone calls later I still don't have a refund or new phone. In the meantime I did order another phone, so that pressure is gone. I need to call/mail them to get updates but there is never an update. They are all friendly and kind but nobody can help me. Nobody knows a thing. No timing, no expectations, no information. I am totally fed up with this. Yes, Xiaomi makes great phones for a sharp price but please accept poor customer service if you have a problem.

Mega is brilliant. Reliable. Safe. Support is wonderful. VERY quick to respond and when they do, the problems get sorted. Professionals in an industry where the meaning of the word is overused (and too often mis-used). They know their stuff and have a good product. VERY highly recommended. Get it.

Truly dreadful service:robotic script readers not earthly humans attempt to interact with telephone inquiries. I called to pay my auto loan: WF lost the paperwork and I resubmitted, WF could not find the documents and denied I had an account, following up the next week WF did not understand I called to investigate the status of my loan so I can timely pay and I was sent to a WF supervisor to reexplain all, next I understand that a package to welcome me will arrive after my payment due date so I asked to automate my payment but WF Denied as my due date is less than 10 days away, asked to pay by cc was denied and finally I asked to make a one time payment which was accepted. Simple but took an hour on the phone to accomplish with a 5 times Re reading of the same information. Asinine. I will prepay my loan to avoid dealing with WF. Avoid these clowns.

If Wordpress is not slow enough already, try Elementor!And forget about trying to improve performance. CDN, webp, downscaling images, using performance plugins, minification, using a lightweight theme, building pages with performance in mind, lazy loading, activating performance options, asset cleanup, using fast hosing, and 1000 other things. It just WILL NOT WORK. Don't waste 40 hours trying to fix this like I did, find something else.And performance is important, because half of visitors will give up if the page does not load within 4 seconds.

A VPN is also included and the dark web monitoring gives peace of mind. Wouldn't be able to go without it, also super handy Dashlane can take care of any 2FA codes and keep them safe.

YouTube exhibits authoritarian or totalitarian levels of censorship, similar to the Chinese Communist Party and their great firewall. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. If your account is flagged by some activist CSR or AI, you might as well delete it because you'll never be able to contribute any meaningful comments to the conversation. They will shadow ban you or delete your comments without you knowing. There are also a significant number of words on the platform that are now censored and result in an automatic comment delete. It's gotten to the point that people have started to use code words to try to bypass the censorship, changing the way they spell words. I never thought I would see something this disturbing in an openly Democratic society, but here we are. This is what happens when a corrupt monopoly, otherwise known as Google, is allowed to control markets. Everyone pays the price.
