I must join in the very negative reviews for this site. The company has been distributing work on which I was the senior author using only the name of one of my coauthors, who would never misrepresent the work this way. They also refuse to correct the error and appear to be seeking money from both of us to get them to stop disseminating inaccurate references. It indeed appears to be a scam.

I bought a LEGO Technic 42109 car 6 months ago. I did not use it for 2 months and now one of the engines does not work. I wrote to lego.com but they gave no answer. You pay SEK 1000-1500. but there are no guarantees. Think carefully when you buy LEGO Technic because it is very expensive and there is no guarantee if their engine breaks down. you can throw it away

Terrible company.Ive sent my email and order number more times than enough. Missing order will stay missing nobody's looking for it! You get in touch they reply don't get back to them until you hear from them! You'll guess where that's heading? Yes right leave it wait ,try again, nothing! Asked for a reply or a refund?

Easterhouse Pharmacy- shopping centre Easterhouse. After a long search to find help with weekly Dosset box and delivery to my elderly mother, I called Easterhouse Pharmacy ( I think it’s within shopping centre ) I explained the situation and why we now require this service and with great delight the pharmacist was more than happy to help! We are now onto week 3 of this new way of working and it has gone smoothly, efficiently and very professionally. No matter what I have called to ask they have been more than happy to help and nowadays this is very rare. I honestly cannot thank you enough for all your help and support. I have been using the free translator as provided. I like some features in Russian, altough they are bugged and are not working properly. I decided to create an account in order to be able to provide them with some userfeedback and statistics about my usage. Unfortunately they took advantage of this, and blocked the account, I can not use free translators and they are pushing me to register my card to try for 30 days.Their service is not so different from anyother translators, and for me, it is not worth paying for. I rather pay to use AI, since it translates much better than this, and helps with so many things more. Therefore, I have been continuing using their services after logging out, why would you be so pushy about selling your product when there are so many free alternatives that do the job better than you do? And that offer features that are much better than yours? Terrible.

Do not buy this if you live in Canada or the USA. It is only useful for a few sites. It’s very expensive! I asked for a refund the day after I purchased the pass online from canada as I realized I bought the wrong pass. I live in Canada. They said they can not give me a refund. Which is unethical in my opinion. You need to buy the nationaltrustcanada.ca pass it is a fraction of the price. In response - I bought the joint membership which was almost $300 canadian dollars. I could have and should have bought the Canadian one which was about $40 dollars Canadian, or $80 for both. I asked for a refund within 24 hours. The UK laws state that buyers can request a refund within 14 days. I have not used this pass. I am still in Canada. Do not buy this pass. There are many other options. after I purchased this I did a search on where it can be used. I put in Scotland - zero results? I put in Canada - zero results. it can only be used at a few places. I am kindly requesting a refund please.

Amazon Canada :No email response. I have ordered wifi stick from Amazon Canada and returned it with expired label by mistake. I still have days to return but no body respond to my emails expect the automated emails. It happened to me before and Amazon Canada is always spot on but this time with my mistake they didn't respond.I am still waiting and hopeful
