Review of getyourguide
I used get your guide to book a Lisbon bike tour. I was booked twice and double charged. I reached out for a refund for the extra charge and they said they would contact the tour operator to get this approved. The tour operator approved the refund, however get your guide has held onto my money and won’t issue a refund. They are only offering a credit to use with them which I do not want! I am leaving Portugal today and will not be needing any tours. They refuse to give me the refund for them double booking me and charging me twice…. Terrible customer service and experience.

Horrible customer service!! They couldn’t even add a free gift to my order after I shipped and made attempt. Just lame. Not buying from them after this last order. I suggest you order directly from the makeup brand of choice. Do not deal with Ulta.

Telstra quite frankly doesn't give a f*** about its customers. We had an issue where an agreement was made over the phone to make an amendment to our billing. We confirmed the monthly amount to be paid multiple times, and three different Telstra employees were involved in this call, each of whom confirmed this. We then received a bill for the whole contract, and when we complained, they said there was nothing that could be done to reverse this and that what was agreed to over the phone was not possible. However, the first term of the T&Cs says that changes can be made if agreed to by both parties...We have been patronised and spoken down to by various agents, one of whom told us to take some responsibility (those were their exact words) and said that we had made our point 25 times. Unfortunately it actually seemed necessary for us to repeat the information because it just does not go into the agents' heads. We were then told that we could have six months to pay the final bill, but... this was not recorded on their systems and Telstra tried to take payment a few days later! We were also promised a call back by a senior manager on a certain day, and that has not happened. Now we received an email saying that the matter has been resolved... without speaking to us! We asked repeatedly for someone to listen to the call in which the first agreement to amend the billing was made, and this has been promised to us, but nobody has done that. Telstra is an organisation that has poor internal communications, no integrity, morals or ethics, acts illegally by issuing new contracts that have not been agreed to and are not legally binding, lies and misleads customers and has wasted hours of our time and frayed our sanity. To date, the matter remains unresolved and we are despairing. If it were possible to give zero stars and report Telstra to the police, we would, and we will certainly be approaching the ombudsman as this is the worst customer experience we have ever had.
