I had an important event to attend, so I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes that were on sale, but the wrong size was sent to me. I called Adidas customer service, and the rep sounded like I was lying. He finally said he would send a link for the return label via my email, but he never did. I called back the next day. The lady on the phone was outrightly super rude. I couldn't help but wonder if Adidas trains their employees at all. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism their staff displayed. I will never buy shoes on their website again; I'd instead go to retail stores and buy them.

Absolutely disgusting organisation! With the amount of mess up I’m not surprised there call waiting is always hours long!!! Then good luck talk to anyone with a clue, good luck getting the same advice twice! I’m pretty sure they make it up as they go along!!! We paid over £3,000 in fake arrears. Still have imagery fee’s for a service they’ve never provided!!!!

The magazine itself is always a good source of recipes. But the app for digital subscribers (not to be confused with the recipe search app, which they charge separately for despite it having much of the same content) is not fit for purpose. Issues show up days or even weeks after they appear on the newsstand. The app crashes constantly, recipes take ages to load and the search function is so slow and limited as to be useless. Tech support just advised to uninstall & reinstall app - it took a dozen attempts to log back in, my bookmarks had all vanished and none of the problems were fixed. I've started relying on the (free) website instead, and will either switch to a paper subscription or cancel it altogether when this one expires.
