i made a purchase of a Plush Long Robe online with Victoria Secrets,later I received a e-mail stating the item i not available. so i call customer service spoke to a person by the name of Tonya.she reprocessed my order saying it will arrive by nov 17th.all the while trying to sale me a bra (which i had no interest in purchasing) a few days later, i receive yet another e-mail stating "item is no longer available".i dont understand why at the time i purchased the item, it was showing available on-line and at a discount ? then again when talking to customer care ? but just continues to become unavailable after only a few days of placing the order.needless to say i will never receive this item.and can not understand why i was not aware of this in the first place. i feel like it is a waste of time for me to keep getting the run around on a item i will never get.

Their sales consultants were knowledgeable but BEWARE this company will sell your phone number!!!!! I am always getting spam calls related to property management & it is annoying. They’re not the vendors either, they will be calls threatening you trying to entice information

Don't Waste Precious Hours Of Your Life Chasing BP UP - Waste Of TIme I'll Never Get Back!I get a notification, Fill Up With BPme and get 3x or 4 x the points, or Bonus Points, but when I get to the station, the App won't work (seems to work anywhere BUT a BP Station!) Several times the BPme App Hasn't worked! I've tried updating/reinstalling - it works fine, UNTIL I get to the Petrol Station!The last time I went to Fill Up, the same happened. I filled in the feedback on talk2bp.co.uk from the reciept and was called the next day by the station manager who said they had a problem with the system, but apologised and said he would add £10 in points for the current reciept/bonus and previous missed points. 2 weeks later nothing!I called the 0800 402402 number, but was passed from pillar to post, until I got a guy who found my case. Spent about half an hour on the phone, after which he said he'd look into it and send me an email confirmation with an 8 digit reference, which I've now sent my latest receipt to, so they can contact the station manager. However, on reflection, if I'd have known how much time I'd have wasted so far, at the beginning, I wouldn't have bothered. Cut your losses, forget the points and keep prescious hours of your life insead - far more valuable!Costco is further, but much cheaper. If BP had provided the rewards they promised in their App, they would have been more expensive, but at least you'd be getting a little back. This way, they're just more expensive and hugely stressful! Avoid!

Appalling.

Appalling. WeTransfer have changed the functionality of the Pro account (which they charge for) removing the ability to change the ‘from’ email address which is how we use it, they are refusing a refund and refusing to return the functionality. Outrageous arrogance, and complete disregard for customers and their businesses. They are saying they never intended for the functionality in the ‘from’ email to be used by users. - ridiculous! Why provide functionality, charge for it and expect users not to use it.

Review of kayak

Kayak used to be legit, but no longer….

Kayak used to be legit, very good, and I used them many times in the past to purchase cheap tickets. I think they had their own employees who confirmed bookings, helped make changes and would rebook flights when there were alterations or cancellation with the airlines. That is no longer the case. They seem to now be working other companies that are deceptive, dishonest and do not offer good customer support. I just found out that a ticket I booked to fly next week was NEVER purchased, though on Kayak’s site, it shows as confirmed and even shows the card I used to purchase it. The Kayak site directed me to AirAssist for customer service and said that the booking had been made through them. AirAssist showed the booking as cancelled! When I called, they said my card had not gone through and Miguel had tried to call me several months ago, couldn’t reach me and so they cancelled the ticket. But if I wanted to, I could get the same ticket now for 400 dollars more. I was so angry, I couldn’t breathe! We’re in the 21st century. If there’s a problem with the card, we have the de no logo to deal with that in real time, while I’m still on the site. Why have some random guy call me at some random time as if I am waiting by the phone to speak to him? This all happened just 5 days before my international trip. I hung up with AirAssist and fortunately was able to find a fare for the original price through Expedia. It’s infuriating and very disappointing that Kayak has devolved into yet another company who is cutting costs and providing deceptive service in order to make their shareholders richer. I am quite sure the extra money doesn’t go to the third party employees. Shame on you Kayak. You have forever lost a customer who believed in you. Kayak will never see another cent from me!
