Disgraceful. I would rather have chosen zero stars but that is not an option!Totally and utterly unreliable. Offensive and shocking Customer Services.If I had a choice I would never use Amazon delivery service.Sadly I don’t get a choice.Even if I order from Temu they sometimes choose to deliver via Amazon.Parcels are dumped. I repeat dumped! Any where they choose because they have to be quick to get to the next delivery to dump more parcels!Honestly guys I have never known such a shocking poor delivery service.

We signed up but decided PPE table didn’t work for our site. We cancelled with in the first month but open table have decided they won’t ti charge us for the entire year despite us never even so much as activating their services. For small business I can not stress how important it is to not sign up with this company. There are much better service providers out there that don’t try and hold you to a year contract. Once again do not use open table their company ethics are all wrong!

The company clearly makes money by selling a course (any course actually) for 1.99 (the courses seem to be a bargain with a great discount any time you access thr site) and then charging your credit card 199 € a month later. Probably during the checkout process for the 1.99 you click on terms and conditions that are hidden somewhere in their website and in small letters it says that by purchasing this “deal” you agree to an annual subscription… I was fortunate enough to make this purchase with Revolut that automatically declined the transaction as suspicious- probably because this merchant has been flagged multiple times as a scammer. By the way the courses are horrible, not even worth 1.99. Beware.

I use a laptop and phone thats the (norm). You cant just use 1 device only! Especially if im in class. I should be able to look at all questions and not be limited!

Time to cancel my membership. As a family I used my trust membership to turn up on the day when the weather was decent. This new booking system is not good. I'm not just going to book things online for the sake of it as it means people miss out when I dont turn up. So until they they review there outdoor and booking policy im cancelling until things are back to normal.

Once you’re in, you never get out. I wish I knew before.After having found out how to unsubscribe (which was the first hurdle) I had to insist multiple times via chat, email and phone that I want to unsubscribe. The reason why I looked for their rating here is because I receive spam calls from a UK number now. When looking it up on Google I found out that it’s a man with an Indian accent trying to convince people to subscribe to TheEconomist.There may be some that are clever enough to check their rating BEFORE signing up.I didn’t expect that a professional magazine like this would use such aggressive tactics to keep unhappy customers.

If you sign up for Domain.com then decide to go somewhere else, Domain.com will not close out your account. Additionally they only provide Chat Customer Support. There used to be a phone number, but all phone #s have been scrubbed from website and online. Exact words from my chat log when trying to close account due to hacking activity: "I'm sorry you do not have the option to close the account." Used to be decent company, now its just a fly-by-night operation.

I had an absolutely outrageous experience with Amazon. I ordered a suitcase, and instead of the one I paid for, they sent me a model worth €150 less. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they then blocked my account — meaning I now can’t return the wrong item, can’t get my money back, and can’t even access my own account. This is beyond unacceptable. Amazon made the mistake, and instead of fixing it, they punished me for it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is shocking. I trusted Amazon — and they completely failed me.
