I paid $20 for Fiverr's 3-month Kickstart program but was never able to use it because their system repeatedly failed to verify my identity despite multiple attempts. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they were unresponsive and eventually stopped replying completely. They took my money for a service I couldn't access due to their technical issues, then refused to make it right. I've had to file complaints with my credit card company, the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. Completely unprofessional business practices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.UPDATE: Fiverr did finally refund my $20 and I am grateful for that. But only after I posted here and filed a complaint with the BBB. I really wish Fiverr's customer service had been more responsive from the beginning and been willing to work with me like any other reputable business would have. I'm not sure if this is a result of human error or an AI bot simply following procedure. It's a shame I am no longer able to use the platform when my situation could have easily been resolved quickly and differently.

everything was fine. Price and selection were good. Very poor shipping. Need to do away with lazer ship. Item was not delivered on time and was actually out for delivery the day before and not delivered, saying they need an access code for delivery. Single family homes need no access code. Delivered next day without access code.

Save a series of books and audiobooks to read later, and after you've read one of them, you will suddenly find the rest are no longer available until the day after your next monthly payment. The only available titles are budget releases not in your saved list.So its unlimited, but not for anything you actually want to read.

As a parent I'm so upset that in the curriculum for young kids is sex They are indoctrinating with the pride stuff. Why they think is ok to put in the lessons that a girl has a wife and all that garbage. I'm paying to learn a language not to be indoctrinated. So bad that 1 star is the lowest other wise I would've choose minus 5 stars. I'm planning to complain with my governor they should restrict this things for kids
