I paid $20 for Fiverr's 3-month Kickstart program but was never able to use it because their system repeatedly failed to verify my identity despite multiple attempts. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they were unresponsive and eventually stopped replying completely. They took my money for a service I couldn't access due to their technical issues, then refused to make it right. I've had to file complaints with my credit card company, the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. Completely unprofessional business practices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.UPDATE: Fiverr did finally refund my $20 and I am grateful for that. But only after I posted here and filed a complaint with the BBB. I really wish Fiverr's customer service had been more responsive from the beginning and been willing to work with me like any other reputable business would have. I'm not sure if this is a result of human error or an AI bot simply following procedure. It's a shame I am no longer able to use the platform when my situation could have easily been resolved quickly and differently.
