Awful service. Shame as their products are usually pretty good. I ordered a butter dish, they sent me something completely different, when I asked for a replacement they said it is no longer in stock, so then I asked for a full refund (delivery cost + ~£3 worth of other stuff I added to the basket) they refused and said they could only refund me for the incorrect item. No apologies from them at all, customer service agent Chiatiah was rather curt and rude on the Live chat. Don't order from IKEA if you can avoid it.

One of the worst place to buy home furniture. They are full of gimmicks. IKEA Returned policy recently changed on mattresses & sofas. Which I wasn’t aware of it at all & IKEA store at North York, Toronto, Canada now only allowing us to exchange/ store credit. That is rediculous. The mattress was giving me heavy allergic reaction. Before I purchase this product I had asked specifically the sales people about the return policy. I was told 90days “ No questions asked” & 365 for exchange or, store credit. “No Signage posted & visible at the cash counter about return/ exchange/ Store credit” I strongly feel like cheated & duped. No more IKEA for me & my friends for sure.

I am a senior citizen. I don't have alot of money. I purchased 3 rugs to match. I recieved 2 of the rugs but not my 3rd 8' round to match the others. Two different customer service people told me I was correct and they would send the rug. I've been waiting weeks. I called FedEx and they told me only 2 rugs were delivered they sent me proof of delivery with 2 different tracking numbers. I had the same proof of delivery photos on our porch. Wayfair investigation team keeps saying I recieved all 3 rugs and I didn't. Today I asked them for proof of the 3rd tracking number and proof of the 3rd proof of delivery. I want my rug, so all my rugs match. I've contacted Wayfair 5 times today will be 6 times. A customer shouldn't have this many issues and a company taking your money blaming FedEx when FedEx can prove they never received it. It's excuse after excuse. I'm not rich in fact I'm poor and Wayfair doesn't care. They are just keeping my money and resolving nothing. Show me proof Wayfair of 3rd tracking number and delivery of proof. You can't because I only got 2. This company won't make it right with the customer. Don't waste your money or time. They are a rip off and this is theft by service. I'm reporting them to BBB, Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General of their state. A customer shouldn't have to go this far to get what they paid for. This company has caused me stress and anxiety because I don't have the money. Shame on you Wayfair Temu, Tik Tok and Amazon honors there customers. Don't do business with this company

After the frustrations of a well known pod coffee machine (incredibly unreliable), I've bought the Bambino from Sage. It is very quick to heat up (few seconds) and makes great coffee. The option to add hot water and steam milk is very good. It's relatively quiet and compact. Has inbuilt water filter so hard water areas have less concerns. Very positive experience.

I do not really know how this business survive in the era of Amazon :) The prices are decent—especially if you order online—but the service? It's a hot mess. Decided to order an item from them, came re-packed (from someone's else return), which is Ok, but there was a missing piece. First surprise I've found there is no option to file a complain or request online in regards to the order item, only phone, 8 hr weekdays. Because apparently it’s still 1998. Alright, I gave them a call. You know what they recommended me? Contact manufacture to get the missing piece :)) They refused to credit discount, refused to ship the missing piece too. I can't imagine Amazon rep or bot gave me advise like this

I booked a stay on the UK IHG site for an Iberostar hotel. The booking page said I could cancel up to 12:00am on the day of arrival. When I tried to cancel the day before arrival the cancellation system said I had to pay for one night. I made 4 phone calls to IHG UK, provided them with screenshots of the cancellation policy that I had booked under but they said I had to speak to the hotel in Spain. Spain told me I had to deal with IHG in the UK as I booked through them. I spoke to IHG again and said they would look into it and comeback to me, no one did. I called again late this evening before my intended arrival tomorrow, same situation, got transferred to Spain and they cut me off.Absolutely awful system and awful service. This totally takes away for the excellent service I have had in the past, now I expect to be arguing about a one day charge to my card, absolutely ridiculous. If anyone from IHG reads this, the reference number you gave me to send the screenshots to you was 10470377714 and my booking ref was 69712506. Thank you for ruining my day.
