I really like the website, but it's impossible for me to sign on in another browser and the site is giving me such a hard time about changing my password. I don't want two factor authentication. I don't want to spend any more time on trying to change my password, just so that I can view Scribd on another browser. I'm canceling.

Absolutely abysmal company.They’ve always had an awful payout, but I would get about 20-30 from them every month or two. After adding the “account fee”, haven’t received a single payout from them since January despite my sales being better than ever. Strategic way to stand on the backs of the people making them successful. Now they take virtually ALL the money you make off your work. The way they treat and steal from artists giving them business is disgusting. Should be illegal what they’re doing.

Such horrible customer service. Ordered a month ago. Delayed 3x. 3x customer service told me to wait 24-48 hours more til they'd refund. Then lied and did it again. Then tried to revise history and maintain a totally different narrative til i told them i had screenshots of the chat, then they fessed up, but still wouldn't refund the $. Zara is begging for a class-action lawsuit witholding customer funds for goods never delivered. Looks like they'll get one, based on these other reviews. Such a low bar is set for average customer service, it's astounding in 2024 that ZARA can't even maintain it.

Extremely disappointed with HP Instant Ink.I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, printing just 1–2 pages a month. One month, due to exam revision printing, I was charged £74 — with only one vague alert after 10 extra pages and no further warnings.I asked for a partial refund and reasonable compensation. HP offered 2 free months worth £12, which doesn’t come close to addressing the scale of the charge.Their “worry-free printing” promise is misleading at best, and the customer service was scripted and unhelpful. I’ve cancelled my plan — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

TERRIBLE experience!!! For 3 months we have been receiving the wrong invoices, amounting to 150€ MORE than what our contract states (our phones also came late, forcing us to extent previous contracts, costing 100€). Every time we want to fix the problem, we have to come in person and when the manager Franz is not there, NO ONE can help us! They have cost us more than just money. We always leave frustrated because we either have to wait for some voucher that is never applied to our account, or Franz that never seems to call back to follow up when he is finally there. We wish Vodafone could help us directly because now we are stuck at the mercy of this frustrating shop.

I ordered 3 online Christmas gift cards totaling $300. I got an email later in the day that the order had been canceled and I was asked to call the "Consumer protection team," which I did. In a series of phone conversations with foreign-accented, barely understandable individuals, I could never get a clear understanding of why the order was canceled. My PayPal account I used to pay for the order had a balance of over $27,000. I suspect the emails and calls might have been fraud spoofing. I've canceled my account with Macy's and do not intend to order from them again. Beware.
