THERE IS NO FREE PLAN. Even though the free plan offers "unlimited" survey responses, YOU CAN'T SEE THEM. You only get the first 10 responses on the free plan. You can upgrade to buy your responses ($99 for a month subscription, or $300 for the lowest price annual). If you are a light user like me (1-2 surveys/year), this will not be worth it - go find a truly free survey tool.

BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE

Customer svc is questionable! I returned 2 items from an online order to the Lakewood CA store WITH the receipt. The cashier gave me the refund amt and it should of been higher she insist she did it correctly. Nope she somehow typed in an item of lesser value instead of the items in front of her with tags and receipt. She had a hoodie in front of her and instead returned leggings that weren't even there. She and her manager made a call to customer svc because they couldn't undo what she had done...long wait for me as she explained to them several times her error. After 15-20 min she assured the adjustment would be made to my card. After a week no adjustment made so I called customer svc and had a rude guy who refused to help. I called again tonight and the lady checked notes and advised she did see what happened but was unable to send the adjustment to my card instead offered a gift card. But when it came to an online order for store pick up in which one item was canceled today she pulled the order and saw the item and offered to ship it to me. We confirmed several times the item and she had the order details in front of her and charged my card. I then recvd an order confirmation email she DID NOT order the item we confirmed. I reached out to customer service. Nicole disconnected me and Stephanie hadn't a clue what she was doing and gave me a number for BOPIS and that was incorrect for a phone order. I then reached out again the lady I spoke with said 30 min passed and order couldn't be fixed. Not to mention the 2 people who wasted time before I got her and their hold time. She then transferred me to her manager who was no help! She told me the item was now out of stock and to wait for the item they ordered in error to get to my home once it ships and return it to any store for my refund! So their error but my time and inconvenience to return it for my money back. How about I will dispute it with my bank because I didn't order that item. I ordered a scarf INSTEAD they ordered a hat! I will be returning all the gifts I purchased from there and spend my money elsewhere where customers are valued. VS is worst than ever

My wife bought a purse off of a seller on Mercari right before Christmas. After waiting for a month and never receiving the purse, the seller canceled the transaction. Mercari doesn’t allow buyers to leave a review when sellers cancel. So basically a seller gets to screw over buyers and there is nothing the buyer can do. However, if it was the buyer that was negligent, the seller could leave a bad review on the buyer.

I hate the licencing system. Crashes about 50% of the time at startup and sometimes takes 7 times to launch successfully. Horrible buggy software. I use many other software products and do not get this from any of them

Love thumbtack they have provided me with several great contacts for home repairs. It really helps to see the reviews and to know they have verified some important background info. You need this app for any of your home projects because you will not be able to find these contacts easily otherwise

The seamless integration

The seamless integrationIt's incredible how it syncs back and forth.I would say that more product options would make it an even better experience. Specifically for more coffee and tumbler options, and more Business/Portfolio options. But the integration is superb.

I am writing you in regards to my displeasure with Sony and my PS4 plus subscription. The customer support is horrible. It is very hard to speak with someone and once you do (after hours of being on hold or having to call back) they are no help whatsoever. I called in December as my 16 year old son has a plus subscription which the family uses. Unfortunately we could not download mature games as the plus account was purchased under my son’s account and he is only 16. His plus subscription was about to expire and before I renewed it I wanted to see if there was a way to download mature content. I was told on the phone that this was not possible because he was only 16 yrs old. I was told that if I purchased a plus subscription under my account and let his expire I could download mature games and I would still have access to the games on his plus subscription . I purchased a new plus subscription under my account but when my son’s subscription expired we could no longer play any of the games that were originally downloaded under his old subscription account. The games did not transfer over. I called customer support and spoke to David who was not interested in helping me at all. He said there was nothing he could do and would not even provide me with his last name or an email to make so that I could make a formal complaint. I don’t understand why this has caused such a problem for me. The subscription to PS Plus has always been active within my family just under different users. I was given wrong advice, I have lost numerous games and I have no recourse. I am extremely upset that we do not have access to any of the games that were originally downloaded under my sons account. Seems so strange that such a prominent company has no email or complaint system in place.

I read one of their articles, and they couldn't make up their mind whether or not to refer to women with feminine pronouns or not. "People with vulvas" was one phrase amongst many in the article. Checked around, and the whole site is like that in different ways. If they care so much about being pc and not offending a small minority, why not call their magazine "Their Health"

Moderately biased political coverage, superb financial news coverage

Moderately biased political coverage, however they still cover financial news fairly decently. On the plus side, they always have terrific guest speakers and superb interviews. They often go in-depth on every subject and give both the bird's eye view as well as a more granular, comprehensive perspective.
