We have been using Klaviyo since 2018

We have been using Klaviyo since 2018, Never had issues with them up until today...When going through their different billing plans, accidentally upgraded our plan. Out team immediately took action, and e-mailed Klaviyo support, within less than 1hour of upgrading the billing account. To our surprise, Klaviyo responded back to us with a "template" e-mail. Saying that according to their T&C we cannot get our money back. NOTE: We e-mailed Klaviyo immediately after changing our billing plan. NO email were sent to customer, to account for plan usage. There are other alternatives out there, we have been looking at Sendlane.

Ensure if you boook you get a confirmation emailHotels.com did not confirm a reservation to my email address so when I cancelled a few bookings free of charge this reservation was left live. I was then charged nearly £200 for a no show in Montenegro.Without a confirmation or other communication I am struggling to get hotels.com to refund this. Also my card provider isn’t interested.How can a company book on my behalf and provide my payment details to a 3rd party without confirming the contract with me.Beware!!!

I have paid $435.94 for an matte canvas reproduction with a frame 20days ago. Estimated dellivery has been 10days ago. Customer service not responding at all. They asked me to wait and write them again if the problem si not solved in 48h. I waited, wrote them again an week ago and they just started ignoring me.

Zero quality control or customer service

Zero quality control or customer service. I purchased a plugin that does not work and envato refused to offer any type of refund or resolution, even after being provided documentation that it does not work. The inoperable plugin is currently still for sale on their site with other reviews mirroring my issue. Skip their sham refund process and just dispute the charge, or better yet, purchase from a reputable company to begin with.

I downloaded the app on my phone. The price for the food came to $10 .80When I went to check out and the price increased by $7. I immediately deleted the app!

Review of crocs

SLOW and UNRESPONSIVE!

I ordered some Jibbitz (charms) for my new and first pair of crocs on April, 10th. On April 16th they emailed me saying my order had been cancelled. It took them 6 DAYS to tell me my order was CANCELLED (for no reason). A few days later I ordered the charms again. It is now May and my order is still processing, no shipment email or anything. Their website said that order may take 10 plus days to ship, but it has been longer than that. I reached out to them in every way (email, phone, live chat, IG) and still no response. This is very disappointing.

Don't buy from these losers

Don't buy from these losers. They sent me 2 packages with UPS, both got lost/stolen and no signature was taken by me. I reported the day after, they opened a claim that was approved by UPS and then they denied my claim! Means they got their insured money but never refunded me anything! A purchase that was over 2k. Let these losers rot in bankruptcy and stop buying from them.

I was not aware of third party vendors…

I was not aware of third party vendors in collaboration with Macy’s. I purchased an item and returned it immediately, not my size and very poor quality. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m yet to see a credit refund on my Macy’s account, worse was trying to find out why. I called customer service and waited over 20 minutes and forced to listen to loud annoying music. I decided to call the next day.The next day I had a hard time understanding the representative, they then directed me to the account department. I called and waited another 10 minutes. Turns out the item/items had just shipped out to the vendor therefore I was not going to see a credit on my account statement and most likely see an interest fee for those purchases😠? After many years as a platinum customer-Good bye Macy’s.

They are neither very good or very bad. It's easy to keep my passwords at one place but sometime it's really hard to recover lastpass passwords which can be hassle.

Ebay is not Fair

Ebay is not fair. I agree with the negative comments here. I feel their side is on the seller, I bought a digital product from a username of a seller 2014lkkng, the seller even asked me to give a positive feedback on his/her store and I did at first. But later, website I bought from him/her wasn't what I wanted, so I asked for a refund before 30 days money back guarantee was over but he told me to give a substitute website which I believed, but in the end he didn't give me the website as he said he would give, he gave me a website that I didn't like until 30 days money guarantee was over. I communicated many times but the seller never replied even to the message sent that Ebay agent told me to send. Ebay customer service gave me a link to report the seller and I did, I also messaged the seller username leohnardoh2004 and asked to give me the info I needed so I can give the details he need to install the one last website he wasn't able to install in the past, he didn't reply, so I messaged this seller that if he can't install the website I bought then just refund my money, after reporting and the message sent to the sellers. The next thing happened Ebay gave a suspension to my account. I sent a message to ebay and also told them to be fair, and asked about the suspension. Ebay didn't give me any specific reason for the suspension of my ebay buyer account.

Professional services!

As a corporate, I primarily use the Cloudflare network to protect against attacks, which has worked fantastic so far, and this service is completely free.I also use public DNS servers as an individual, which is the fastest in the world.I have read several case studies and interesting articles written by Cloudflare. They seem to be professional and take their job seriously.

Google search is very good and like it…

Google search is very good and like it very much... But I am disappointed about the google account. Many times it keep tell me I have lots of unsure passwords that needs to be changed to a stronger password. I get a list of different webpages where I should change my passwords. I first like to see what my passwords was on the webpages. Then i go into the webpages and try to change the passwords, and then the passwords didnt match with what google password manager told me, when I already has changed it for long time ago...

Review of expressvpn

Provides Good Service. No Real Complaints

Been using the service for several years now. I haven't had any issues until recently where the application on my phone and PC wouldn't remain connected. This was an issue for me because it meant I was unprotected or couldn't use internet until the connection was reestablish due to the security settings I had in place on my devices. However, after recently updating the app and researching more online, I learned more about the applications vpn settings and was able to fully resolve majority of the issues that I was experiencing. I didn't contact customer service for the issues so I'm not sure if that would have resolve the issues faster. I really enjoy the password manager. This is a new feature for me that was very convenient and helped me organize my passwords over several accounts. It also creates strong unique individual passwords and can add two step authentication all through the application on mobile and pc. Very useful and convenient to ensure my accounts are protected. The price is a bit steep, but you can always find a discount through out the year either online or from a social media influencer.
