Ensure if you boook you get a confirmation emailHotels.com did not confirm a reservation to my email address so when I cancelled a few bookings free of charge this reservation was left live. I was then charged nearly £200 for a no show in Montenegro.Without a confirmation or other communication I am struggling to get hotels.com to refund this. Also my card provider isn’t interested.How can a company book on my behalf and provide my payment details to a 3rd party without confirming the contract with me.Beware!!!
