After 15 years on Facebook, I've permanently deleted my account thanks to constant abuse, death and rape threats that when reported, their bots say does not go against their community standards. However when I retort and call abusers p**sies for hiding behind anonymous profiles, I get restrictions or bans. The final straw was someone making paedophilic comments about my children, which again, Facebook said they found does not violate their standards! A disgusting platform clearly run by imbeciles.

Greetings. In Feb 2017, I had a letter from Pension Credit here in England saying that they'd overpaid me a lot of money. I thought that I'd provided them with all that they needed. I asked for actual details of the overpayment straightaway. I RECEIVED IT 6 MONTHS later, YES 6 MONTHS. I made 20 official complaints and although we've now agreed a payment plan, it is incorrect. I wrote to the top Top Customer Complaints Manager, DWP as below. 1 When I first received your letter of overpayment in February 2017 I rang and asked for specific details. I RECEIVED THEM IN AUGUST 2017 6 months later. 2 Your staff particularly in Kilmarnock have been totally insensitive.3 In this day and age you do not even have an e-mail address for info to be sent.4 In this day and age you have a team, not an individual working on cases.5 I was advised that my case was being dealt with by a team in Tyne and Wear, but calls seemed to come also from Kilmarnock & Manchester..6 I was told that I hadn’t advised you that I was working. If you check all 3 pension credit applications that I completed you will see that I declared my work each time.7 It was stated in a letter that the overpayment was due to my hourly rate change in the 100 hrs per year that I work. In 2017, my hourly rate changed 17p an hour more. Over 100 hours that’s about £17.00, not what you are claiming.8 I’ve had 3 different amounts that you’re claiming, two must be wrong. 9 I refute the civil penalty of £50. You should have stated that I need to send a monthly payslip (which I did BY POST the last 3 months it was my idea. None of your staff suggested that).10 On one call I waited 18 minutes for DWP staff to talk to. Then 20 mins another time.11 I asked for copies of all of my application forms on 17th August 2017, 2 months ago, nothing was received.12 I asked for a mandatory reconsideration at the beginning and mid-way, yet you stated that I didn't, not so.13 A man in Kilmarnock rang 3 times. He didn’t leave a name or a phone number. How am I to get back to him?14 This man interrupted me more than once when we did talk. He told me that I was being cloudy, was testing the waters. At one point he told me sarcastically that he was not getting a word in. His manner does not work with trying to resolve something.15 One of your staff admitted challenges with my type of work, as I have a different salary each month.16 You are only 65 once. I did not receive a pension claim pack.17 A lady that I had to meet in June said that I would receive my first state pension in July, It arrived into August costing me £25 which I can prove.18 She told me that she did not know why we were having a face to face. 19 She did not mention any parking fees (£3.50p per hour) She filled in the form to reclaim my petrol. I’ve received nothing20 The computer wouldn’t work at the meeting and she missed some vital information in the form I signed and didn’t read it through to me properly. The box stating that she had done so remained unticked.This list may not be exhaustive. I’ve had to tell one of my top doctors about it due to the effect on my health. I require compensation for all this. It's, the worst service ever in my whole Life, dysfunctional. This is maladministration at it’s worst causing great distress at many levels. . I have been through my bank statements thoroughly. There are 5 differences in payments. 3 my way, 2 yours. That takes £139.96 off of the over-payment. We will go for the lesser amount not the £144. I received 1 payment less than was stated.I’ve received advice and I’m quite within my rights to query your figures. On Ph2 shows the completely untrue statement that it was due to increase in earnings, which had me worried for months. PH3 shows more inaccurate info re state pension first payment. I require the civil penalty of £50 taken off of it and the £133.96 above which I did not receive, check your records. Then I require adequate recompense and costs. I wrote to the Minister for DWP twice, no answer. I told him that the top manager of pension credit should be sacked and the whole system dissolved and started again. A job that needed 1 month, took about 8 months in my view. There's no excuse, 20 complaints.I did not deliberately look to deceive at any time. Yours faithfully, without prejudice, I give you minus 5 stars. All the phone calls, and letters, and going over my case has cost tax payers money and lots of my time and effort and costs too. I call to Customer care regarding order Status ( ORDER NO : OD110480432371264000 ). He replied : "Order has been misroute. Delivery Address & Parcel both are in Ghaziabad so how can you say this". I asked for share the parcel location so i can collect it, He said : "i can not share this". Actual reason is that it is an planned game. Nothing is misrouted. As i understand, It is an planned game - They are not dispatching any product they are collecting the money against orders and getting the benefit of Bank Interest and after few days they will refund the money. Without spending the money they are earning money, Hats off. Flipkart is very cleaver & Never expect this kind of cheep game with flipkart but they are.......

During the coronavirus briefings, they ask Trump stupid questions which serve no use to the viewers. Also I heard they were discussing on not at all showing these briefings and instead want to take “snippets” (just bad moments to shame Trump and cause more panic) instead. They are going to far and heading down the path to untrusted news

CNN became a news channel to broadcasting opinions. They actually are the ones who made me change from 30 year Democrat to first year Republican, like many others I know. Here’s the reason, most Americans rather hear the truth whether we like it or not. After doing my own investigation into Trump, I realized I have been listening to lies for the last 7 years. I plan to vote Trump this year and if viewers of CNN will do their own investigating they would also do the same.

Awful product not fit for purpose. Firstly it took 10 days to deliver, no help from Aliexpress so I chased daily and eventually it arrived. The textoline material is inadequate and doesn't cover the chair properly and stiching should be reinforced as there are a number of tears when taken out of the box. Customer Services want me to cover the return costs of sending back. They are in breach of the Consumer Retail Act 2015. I have sent approx 15 messages and I get the same email from them telling me to repay return shipping (which is £47 with evri light and large) which I am not prepared to do. Would love to update some photos but doesn't allow me to.UpdateFollowing your review below you are still insisting i pay the return costs and are not providing a prepaid label.Avoid this company at all costs!Update 18/6/25All you email states is to look at shipping costs which I have done previuosly. I have sent you a formal letter spelling out you are in breach of the Consumer Retail Act 2015. This has been going on since 7th June and you reply with the same message.

Any one visiting, Wink worth Arboretum, be warned, Yesterday, the 18 Nov 21, I visited Wink worth Arboretum, I was driving my 21 ft motor home as I normally do when visiting any National Trust site, as I entered the gate, the was a very sharp left turn to the left, to get into the car park, at this point, the side step on my motor have was badly damaged, on a tree stump on the bend, I was unable to manoeuvre and drive wider as the road had been dug up and piles on the road with a ditch on the other side of the piled up dirt,I did speak to a NT employee, about my accident and was given a ‘we are not responsible for any damage to you vehicle’, but if the road had not been dug up I would not have damaged my vehicle, as I would have had more room to manoeuvrealso, that the paths are not in a good state they are not level are muddy, and most of the steep steps do not have handrails to assist you to get down the uneven steps, the car park was a sea of mud slurry at the entrance

Can't even begin to get my head around how a laptop in this day and age can be so beyond fit for purpose new out of the box.I had a Sony Vaio 10-15 years ago which was more capable of streaming and basic internet browsing than this once it was a few years old. Every laptop I had between 10-20 years ago was WAY better.I bought it around the same time I brought a new HP laptop, maybe a few months later. It has been used a fraction as much as the HP one (mainly because of it not being fit for purpose). Tried to use it again solely to stream NBA on and nothing more and it. It's just pathetic. How? I wouldn't sell or even give an Asus Laptop to my worst enemy.
