Great follow-up and serviceI ordered a Roland FP-10 piano back in early December only to find out in early January that the back order had been pushed to March. Through the customer service chat feature, I interacted with Tom, who gave me the back order news and then on his own followed up via email to see if there was another keyboard I might be interested in. He gave me some options, and cut $100 off the price of the keyboard I ended up buying. Tom was super expedient, thorough, and kind.

Terrible experience with this company. They ripped me off and won't refund me money before I made a purchase mistake. I was on the free trial to test the waters and upgraded to see if this was the correct decision for me. It wasn't. Within a few hours I asked for a refund as the upgrade was not for me. It is quite normal that companies will happily recharge an account for a service that has not been used or is inappropriate for a potential customer and future client but the emails went back and forth and they insisted that their T and Cs state no refunds and that is that. Ok, if that's the way they insist then they lost my trust completely not only because they basically stole my money but because it shows them up as desperate and bad people. Would you work with a company that treats its customers like this?

I noticed TWO (failed) transactions in my bank account for 159 dollars each from these m-Fers. Luckily my bank caught it as fraud and shut down my card, now I have to wait for a new card. I purchased McAfee last year for only 53 something dollars. It wasn't ready to renew until June 7, then a month early they pulled this s**t and tried to charge 159 dollars, like I said. I NEVER signed up for automatic renewal, NOR did I even get a notification they were about to charge me. I thought this wasn't even McAfee and was fraud, but no, this was actually McAfee pulling this garbage.

I have been suspended twice for no reason at all. X wont give a reason other than to say i broke the rules! I hardly do anything but read comments, occaisionally i repost or like a comment, and i delete people who follow me without my permission. I only follow posts that i am interested in, like the fire departments cos my son is a firefighter. They wont tell me which rules i broke so i am deleting my account, my life will be so much better without X!

The WSJ hasn't been a real source of news for a while now, I only purchased the student plan because I was required to for a class. Due to Covid-19 they've basically shut down their phone lines and have cited "technical problems" for the multiples times I've tried to cancel my subscription. If you're not in California you have no option to cancel online because they know they're in the scam business at this point. Shame on DOW and shame on the clowns working for this sham of a "news" organization.

Waited for the driver who showed as arrived on the app but was nowhere to be seen. Despite trying to contact the driver several times by call and text I got no response. The app then showed the driver leaving and completing the trip without me, which I was charged for!! I contacted Lyft about this to say I never got picked up and they basically called me a liar and insisted I was not entitled to a refund because the trip was completed. Thieving criminals with no moral compass who have no idea about customer service. Unless you want to suffer the same fate, STAY AWAY!

I haven't even gone on the cruise yet, and am so thoroughly angry and disillusioned with Royal Caribbean. We booked the cruise, mostly for Aruba. A few weeks ago, they totally redid the entire schedule to add a port in the Dominican Republic. This resulted in drastically reducing the time in the ports that were originally on the cruise. On top of that, all the excursions on the added port except one, had an age cut off at 65 years old. I guess being 66 is a real detriment to this cruise line. Got nothing in response to my complaint, other than them advising me to read the contract which says they can change the schedule at any time. STAY AWAY from this cruise line. They will also nickel and dime you to death! Not even bottled water is free on these cruises.
