I would not feel comfortable sending a payment to a small company in Thailand, but I do trust using a well-established trustworthy company like Get Your Guide. Added to that, it's easy to use, it gives accurate information about the tours (especially with the reviews), and it gives me everything I need to know to be ready for the tour (including contact information for the tour provider). This is truly a company that should not be allowed to continue to trade !. Last year my subscription got renewed so I immediately contacted evernote to tell them I didnt want to use the premium features I just dont need it they said they would not cancel it and refund the unused portion. If I changed it back to a basic subscription so it wouldnt renew in 2019 I immediately lose the benefits they just charged me for with the premium subscription. After a lot of hassle I got an assurance it would not be renewed automatically in 2019 and would revert back to a basic sub. But guess what they just hit me again for the 2019 premium subscription and there is NO WAY to email or contact them about it. this time.I cant even remove my credit card details !! This company seriously basically steals an defrauds people out of their money although it seems you can log a support issue on accounts billing etc everytime I try that option I get a blank screen and I have tried three different browsers on 2 computers plus my ph there is just NO WAY to conatct them.Stay away if you like to decide who gets your money. I have been a long term user but now I just want to get as far away from them as possible!!

Horrible costumer service by phone they connect you with India or Pakistan I don't know. They are very rude incapable of solving issues they gave me a hard time canceling my warranty I was overcharged in my account because they didn't understand my questions and I didn't understand their language.

Twitter began randomly blocking people a few weeks back and it hasn't stopped it looks to me as if they only block republicans if you're a Republican and somebody tweets to you and says something derogatory and you reply you will be blocked so democrats are allowed to call you all kinds derogatory names It starts with moron and it works its way up And if you reply to stick up your for yourself or Our president Donald J trump in any way Twitter will block you.Twitter is censoring republicans no doubt about it they are blocking freedom of speech of republicans all it is is censorship.
