The thing I like most about Get Your Guide is that I can trust it. I would not feel comfortable sending a payment to a small company in Thailand, but I do trust using a well-established trustworthy company like Get Your Guide. Added to that, it's easy to use, it gives accurate information about the tours (especially with the reviews), and it gives me everything I need to know to be ready for the tour (including contact information for the tour provider). I also like the cancelation policies.
