I have no idea what this company does, apparently it was a free subscription that went into payment. Six payments later I have finally found out how to cancel any further payments. I still don't know what they offer or what they do, it certainly isn't something I would sign up for. Be warned, I've not used this service or app and have requested a refund, they offered me one month. The amount isn't huge so is easily missed, hence why six payments later I've just not just picked up. Shockingly shite!!!

Was told that the new line fee would be waived. There was a prorated charge on there. I spoke to the supervisor and was told that nothing was noted about the fee being waived, I felt like I was saying I was lying, and the supervisor wouldn't do anything for me. I won't refer this company to anyone. I ended up with a 100 some dollar charge I was not expecting.

I placed this order since it was worthy of buying. Since I badly need a Bluetooth headphone at the earliest as possible. Initially, on the website, it confirmed that the delivery will be on 23 Jan 2019. Later it kept on postponing the delivery and till now the product is not delivered. In fact, I really lost the lost the interest and need of the product. I never ever ever had experienced and expected you are rendering this type of service. At least and the worst expectation is pleased if my product is delivered by tomorrow. Or else please cancel my product. I sure that am aware of the respective forum to be addressed.(9940379814)

I had ordered ESPN Plus in March of 2024, only to watch the NCAA wrestling championship finals. That's all I ordered it for, then I canceled the service. Here's the problem though, the service actually didn't get canceled. I didn't even notice it until October. That's when I called and tried to cancel it again. The customer service rep assured me that it was canceled but there was no way that they could refund my money for the other months because they didn't have proof I tried to cancel it before. I was advised to see if my credit card company could do something about it. After calling my credit card company I really didn't want to have to go through disputing the charges so I decided I'd call them back to see if we could work something out. I actually had a family emergency, so I didn't call in until December, and guess what........ come to find out it still wasn't canceled! So I tried to cancel this service two times and yet they've kept charging me each month since March of 2024, when that should have been the only month of service. They won't do anything about it, so now I'm having to dispute the charges! Never again, I'll tell you that much.

I wish I saw these reviews before I signed up for a free trial. Same issues here. Signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day because there was not enough content for our industry. Then I was charged $26 which they refused to refund. Ugh!

I have found FT customer care absolutely diabolical over the last 12 months of my digital subscription ( now cancelled)I have spent many hours both on the phone and on the chat "service" when for no apparent reason I lost access.Just as it seemed I was getting somewhere up pops the message "Sorry but we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment..."This has happened far too many times to be coincidence. Cynical, manipulative, unethical. Seems to be "staffed by people who couldn't care less and/ or have no empowerment to do anything to help you anyway.Beyond frustrating. Absolutely appalling. I ordered a domain a month ago, but it came bundled with a website builder that I didn’t need since I only wanted the domain. A month later, I was unexpectedly charged when the free trial for the website builder ended. I reached out to support, and Anasha provided excellent service, guiding me through the steps to cancel it just in time. Honestly, without this level of support, I would’ve likely switched to a different provider. Definitely can recommend Domain.com.

Where to start? The Cengage online software is awful, no one would use this program if it weren't being forced on them. I have the displeasure of needing it for Microsoft Office. So far I've lost countless grade points to the fact that if you don't follow a steps certain way it will fail you. Did you press tab instead of enter? Fail. Did you complete the step fully but took a different route to get there? Fail. Did you accidentally click a menu option that changes nothing at all? Fail. Not to mention how slow and glitchy the site is in general. Sometimes it loads fine, sometimes no links work, sometimes it just rearranges the page and everything on it. It always takes forever no matter what. I've had these problems on multiple computers, including faster ones from school. It would also be nice to have a review of the exams after taking them, when I get a question wrong it would be nice to see the right answers and how to get them afterwards.
