Review of bedbathandbeyond
Ordered an item online and never received it. I called customer service and spoke with a representative that spoke very poor English. They would not refund my item but insisted they would have to ship me another item instead. 3 weeks no item and they won’t refund my money. Horrible unprofessional and unethical customer service
Review of ubereats
I made an order from KFC through the UberEATS app and the order was messed up. The chips were all soggy and one burger squashed uneatable. And also the drinks I ordered Pepsi Max but they delivered 3 Orange Tango with sugar and 3 Fruit Shoot.I received a reply saying to send more information. So a replied to them saying what was wrong and I even sent a picture. After 24 hours I received the following reply :My order is wrongWe appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this, Hocine.I understand it’s frustrating when you’re expecting a dish to come at a certain temperature and it doesn’t. We have processes in place to review this feedback with merchants so your concern hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thanks for reaching out and we appreciate your patience. And that's it. So I paid for something that I did not receive and I am supposed to be happy because my concerns hasn't gone unnoticed. That is not a fair way to deal with a complaint. So this is too much now if I want take away I will go to the restaurant and get it.
Review of klarna
I've made 3 sales to same client on my stripe account customer payed with klarna after a while he claimed that he did not received the product and disputed payments Klarna gave him back all the money. I've contacted Klarna and told them that this guy is scammer even you search his name on google 1st resut on google is that he is scammer. Also I've send them our whatsapp messages while his number is clearly seen which is not fake he was thanking me. If someone is thanking you that means u did not scam him i guess so he received his product. Also you can scam 1 guy 1 time but he made me 3 payments i wish you could think but as i can see you dont even think dear Klarna. So at the final i lost 965€ because of you now you will come under this post and give a useless link contact us from this bla bla bla bla which wont help. I've also contacted you many times send you many screenshots you still helpmed that scammer kid.
Review of yahoo
It started one month ago. When I try to log in to my yahoo mail, a message appears saying that for security reasons I will not be able to enter for 1 hour. I could only if i keep computer on and browser with the message open. If i turn off computer and tray again in an hour or two or five, same locking appears. This is every time. No any option for sending a code or so provided! This is my oldest (20 years) and main mail account with which i am registered on hundreds of other places. I use same computer, same network, nothing changed and never had any problem before. When I tried to contact support by chat, it says it can't help and redirects me to a page that says I can use only premium paid support! Clear scam! Internet is full of same complains last months. Everyone with Yahoo account should start the process of changing registrations with other email and withdraw their important data from there before being kicked out from their own mail.
Review of evernote
I can't access the notes that I made in the free version unless I get a subscription. The pop-ups stay there, basically keeping my notes ransom.I didn't get a notification from Evernote, telling me to either remove my notes or get a subscription, this is completely out of the blue. If I was thinking about a subscription I certainly wouldn't do it after this...

Review of bankrate
Bankrate said they would send me three offers from the companies most likely to service what I wanted, which was a HELOC. Instead I'm being spammed with email and even snail mail from scammers (the HARP scam and/or refinance with a bazillion dollar cashout if you send them a few hundred dollars). They also gave my information to a bunch of places for refinancing. In fact, I don't think they send a single place that actually did HELOC's. They are obviously selling your information to anyone will pay ten cents, including known scammers and spammers. Don't give them your information, there are far better ways to accomplish finding what you're looking for!
Review of Facebook
At the beginning of October, whilst away on holiday, I received an email from Facebook, asking if I had changed my email address and my phone number on my account. I had not done this and told them so. There was an option to click on if I thought my account had been hacked, so I clicked on this, as it was obvious that it had been. I was then asked to enter my password, which I did on my mobile phone, since I did not have my computer with me on holiday. This immediately aroused suspicion with them because I rarely use my phone to access my account whilst at home. I was asked to enter a code which was emailed to me very quickly but, having entered the code, I was then asked to enter a second code, which they were sending to my phone, but it did not arrive for several hours so, when I entered this code, I was told that I had waited too long to enter the code and I was directed back through the whole process again - emailed code, which came in seconds, followed by another code to my phone, which took hours - again I was told I had waited too long! On my return from holiday, I started up my computer to see that I had several Facebook notifications, so I tried to view these but found that I had been had been 'temporarily' locked out of my account while they 'carried out their investigations' into the matter. Now I have been told by a friend that my old account is ' unavailable at the moment', so it seems to have been closed down. I don't think much of Facebook, but I use it to keep in touch with my daughter and grandchildren, who all live at the other end of the UK from me, several of my old school friends and also my brother and sister-in-law, who live in New Zealand . Because we all lead busy lives, it is not always possible to use the phone to keep in contact, so it has been quite distressing to keep receiving notifications about people's posts, which I cannot log in to read. I eventually had to set up a new account but, because I couldn't get into my old account, I was unable to message friends to tell them about the change, so I then had to search for everyone who was on my friends list to send them a friend request. It was not that easy to do this, as there were many people listed with similar names but, when I eventually found the account of someone and tried to send them a friend request, I was told that I could not send them a request because I 'don't know them'! I was advised to message these people directly to ask them to send a request to me but several people didn't respond because they weren't convinced that it was really me! If I happened to have phone numbers, it was easy enough to text them and explain, but I just don't have numbers for most of those on my friends list. Over the last 7/8 weeks I have kept trying to log into my old Facebook account, even having to send Facebook a copy of my Passport to prove my identity, which they accepted by email, but I am still unable to access my old account because they send me email verification codes, followed by another code sent by SMS, but these texts continue to take HOURS to arrive and I don't always have the time to watch for a message to arrive so that, when it does, I am told I have taken too long! On a number of occasions I have also been told that I had been locked out from trying to log into my account because, I was entering details 'too fast'! As a trained touch-typist with a speed of 70+ words a minute, it is normal for me to type fast! Having had my ID accepted from my passport details, I do wonder why it is taking Facebook so long to investigate, when I have done everything they have asked of me, and they are apparently still 'investigating' but how do you get in touch with them? I have also tried clicking on the option to 'recover your account', but that has been unavailable since 6th October - What are those people doing?
