Delta , thank you so much for this unforgettable experience. We have booked a ticket almost 6 month ago to visit my family whom I haven’t seen in over a year. My flight has been constantly changed in the past few months. In the morning before the departure, the flight changed again. Now, I have a 24 hour layover. Nobody in customer service cares about my issue and I get redirected to Airfrance, even though we purchased tickets via delta and been a medallion member for a long time. No compensation for the delay or ability to even upgrade our seats, instead a very rude customer service.

All the waiting and excitement with little information and value……unless you want to spend a lot more money! That’s the catch and how they draw you in. Unless you adopted and looking for lost family or relatives, I could have found the information with a discussion with my parents and a google search.

I wrote to customer support as there was a problem with the bank and transaction got stuck in Mega system (takes 24h to be released/update if associated with a transaction) which would cause me to lose an offer available at the moment. Initial response was not enough so I kindly asked to be escalated and as company they acted fast and provided the needed resolution so I can retry my purchase and get my offer.All well and cleared really fast.Thank you again for the kind and good handling of the matter.All is great and still a happy long term customer.

Just so everyone is aware, this will be inaccurate! You will NEVER know exactly what your coworker, or boss or friend makes. Those ads are complete horse s**t. Which is what drew me here. It annoyed me seeing that ad by glass door. The reason being. We are all in different cities, countries, states, provinces, etc! People have worked in positions for months, years, even decades! Those hourly or salaried wages will NOT be accurate!!!!! Ive been at my position for 10+ years now. However, someone coming in to a similar position may only have been there for 2. They will not be making close to what I am! Common sense people!

I have been a long term subscriber of Duolingo and have a ‘streak’ of over 1500 days. In the past year changes have been made without warning and these changes have been for the worse. Before each lesson you used to be able to read an explanation of the lesson’s grammar rules and you were able to select which lesson you wanted to do, now you cannot do these things, but worse is that within the lesson there used to be an option to read a user discussion on why the question had been marked as incorrect. This was very useful as experienced users would post explanations about the grammar rules and this helped a lot with understanding. Now, if you get a question wrong and don’t understand why, your only choice is to pay extra (on top of your subscription) to have it explained. There are some lessons I have done where I have no idea why I am incorrect and have had to guess the answer without actually understanding why. I refuse to pay extra onto top of my yearly subscription which, at the time I bought it, was sold to me as the top level. I have a year subscription which is due for renewal later this year. I won’t be renewing this because of the blatant money grabbing tactics. I intend to use it as a free app after the subscription runs out. The free app is a great tool but I wonder how long it will stay free with Duolingo’s new greedy attitude.

So I race home from work from about an hour away to call Macys.com due to a problem I was having placing an order. The representative immediately helped and saw the issue, When the rep confirmed what I was ordering I corrected the size and then heard "oh" the rep then said to me "You said 7 1/2" I corrected them again. The rep then argued that I said 7 1/2, I corrected the rep once again. The rep then began asking if I had received an email yet? and kept trying to get me off of the phone. I then asked for a supervisor and was told there was none to speak to. The rep said I am it. The rep then told me that I am allegedly not allowed to place orders online or over the phone due to too many claims? I then asked so your no longer wanting to do business with me? The rep said "That is correct sir" I have spent thousands of dollars online and have a sizable credit limit with Macys and have never once missed or have been late on a payment! Currently a platinum card holder! This means we spend! This is how Macys rewards customers for spending?

I came to Adafruit after purchasing some samples of their batteries, and being content with the quality, I wanted to purchase an in bulk order quality of around 150-200 pieces to begin. my requirements were simple, I needed reliable and ongoing large quantity orders of these. I asked if they were able to accommodate these quantities, because I would never order them if they can't. I also asked for pricing per piece of these large quantity orders. I submitted an inquiry. "Kelly", who was very rude, told me that no one at adafruit can answer any of my questions and basically told me to get lost. This is no way to run a business, and I am honestly disgusted with the customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will continue to try to keep people away from them. Most other reviews seem to coincide with my experience.
