Delta , thank you so much for this unforgettable experience. We have booked a ticket almost 6 month ago to visit my family whom I haven’t seen in over a year. My flight has been constantly changed in the past few months. In the morning before the departure, the flight changed again. Now, I have a 24 hour layover. Nobody in customer service cares about my issue and I get redirected to Airfrance, even though we purchased tickets via delta and been a medallion member for a long time. No compensation for the delay or ability to even upgrade our seats, instead a very rude customer service.
