Avoid Royal Caribbean International if you can. I had taken two or three prior cruises on Royal Caribbean and have been a member of their Crown and Anchor Society for many years, and would never have expected their recent discourteous behavior.I had a planned cruise for me and my two young kids and their nanny in April, 2024. I had recently gotten out of the hospital for a serious medical problem and had an indwelling IV for antibiotic use during the cruise on which I promised to take my kids during their school break. Because of that and other chronic medical issues, I had a power strip in my luggage which I needed for medical equipment. When my bag was delivered to my room, there was no power strip and no notification that they had rummaged through my bag and taken it. Since there was no obvious notification or even a simple call to let me know they took it, I simply presumed I had accidentally left it at home.Several months later when I next used my luggage, I found a small crumpled paper in my bag (like crumpled garbage) that they had taken my power strip. I contacted Royal Caribbean several times to explain to me how they can take something medically necessary from me without having the decency to let me know, and how they will compensate me for what they did. After about two to three emails back not answering me properly, I finally got an email from them admitting I “was not adequately informed about removal of my (medically-necessary) item from my luggage” but that they are not willing to compensate me for their mistake.I have informed Royal Caribbean that because of this unsatisfactory response I will no longer be using their cruise line for mine and my family’s future vacations and instead will be using competing cruise lines which are more consumer-friendly (and more reasonable when they make mistakes). How Royal Caribbean can take something that I needed for my health and for my major medical issues without notifying me, admit they erred by not notifying me properly, and then don’t make good on their gross error is unacceptable.Royal Caribbean’s shortsighted decision not to reimburse me for a relatively inexpensive device they pilfered (taking and not notifying) will cost them thousands going forward. I think all travelers considering a Royal Caribbean cruise should know about this before making arrangements for their travel.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate all the good work you're doing to save the history of the internet. It's important we save this! I especially like the pictures of cats. My grandkids love them! They'll visit me more if I get more cat pictures. Please send more cat pictures.Thank you, Jean Claude

This is the worse “silver” I’ve ever bought, if this is actually silver. Within a month was black. I took it to the store where I purchased it, and they were annoyed that I was requesting a refund for this poor quality item that I paid over $200. They offered to clean it, but after another month or so was again black. So disappointed.

Review of backblaze
We've had Back Blaze for our company for 3 months. As of now we still do not have a back-up. We have three machines that have critical data on them, one being our server. We purchased their three computer option. All BackBlaze has done is try to get us to sign up for the free trial or purchase their service. As we have purchased their service, we are just trying to get the systems to back-up. What complicated the process is that they have NO tech support. We will be going back to Crash Plan.

Never ever trust this company. They've permanently deactivated my account and I've been with them for years. I have a clean record, no disputes of any kind, and still ban me for life. The worst part is that they will never ever tell you the exact reason why you got deactivated and just tell you to basically F off and read the ToS.They make up rules as they go along and get rid of you when they see fit. Don't use this service and save yourself from the headache.

Got a notice that their site had been compromised, so to change my password. I tried to do that… many times….. the “wheel” kept spinning for forever to change my password and never “let” me do it. Tried several different ways and times. Entering my info. was frustrating and it kept saying that it had to be formatted differently…. Which I kept on doing. Finally accepted it in the way I had originally used. However, still never sent me the link to change my password. I tried to find a number to call customer service…. And apparently, there is none!!! Finally got to a place which offered me the “opportunity” to permanently delete the site, which I did.

The item I ordered was advertised as BRASS, what they sent me was a cheap piece of plastic, the engraving was terrible and it took nearly 3 weeks to get it.They charged me $15.57 for a tiny piece of junk.

Absolutely terrible.Twice, I have tried to order an item and both times it never arrived.I have wasted a couple of hours using their patronising chat system (customer services). They refused to arrange a replacement for the first order which meant I had to reorder from new costing another £20 as the price increased.
