I am really dissappointed about stupid ban system. You call your troll teammate an idiot and you will get banned for a week.... I think you better have to do something about trolls and bad matchmaking than banning players for offenses against them.

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service and don't want any criticism because they aren't interested.Ordered a ring doorbell advertised as next day delivery. Got a message saying we will advise you when item dispatches. I rang about it and was given the run around as if them lying is completely acceptable. ELEVEN DAYS LATER with the item still not dispatched despite all that time STILL advertising next day delivery I cancelled and got one from a different website EVEN THOUGH AMAZON OWN RING

Cannot Cancel - corrupt business practices

Espn plus will not allow you to cancel your subscription unless you have the device you originally purchased the subscription with. This seems like it should be illegal i have my email, password and access to said email for verification codes, etc. Isnt it possible for 'the device' to be broken, lost or otherwise inaccessible very easily? Thereby locking you into a subscription you cant cancel. I am literally having to cancel my card and have it replaced so these theives dont take more from me. I attempted every aveune to reach out. No help, only condensending chat bot type of round about no answers go there to do this nothing helpful in the slightest. Should be illegal. Their mothers should be ashamed.

We have booked a hotel room with Agoda. The payment and the whole booking process went smoothly. After the booking I read negative reviews on Truspilot and I was shocked with the rate of the company, however, in my case everything went fine with no payment issues or booking problems. The hotel room was available on time and the quality of the hotel was also fine.

Review of Spotify

Thieves and liars

They put up a banner offering a 2 months premium trial so I gave it a shot. After clicking on the banner I was directed to a payment page. As is often the case with free trials the company wants payment details so they can bill you if you want to continue and I suspect to take advantage of people who forget to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial.This time around I was billed. Accidents happen, so I contacted Spotify support. They refused to put it right. They said it's my fault as I selected Google Pay and I have to hassle Google and you know how easy it is to get to their support.Despite the fact Spotify gets the money, despite the fact they kept pushing this offer to me and failed to deliver,it's my problem? Sounds like a dishonest attempt to get my money.Don't trust them.

Tutors/teachers, I do not recommend Preply

As a tutor/teacher, my experience with Preply has been HORRIBLE from the beginning. It took them over 5 months to aprove my profile - "your Preply profile is almost ready!" - I got this email 5 times! While they told me "something" was wrong / doesn’t meet their guidelines - they never explained what exactly, so I had to re-do my entire description and re-record my video introduction several times. It was so frustrating. Five months later, once I was on the platform, in 4 months I didn't get any trial lessons! I got one scam message (after which they blocked my profile) and one trial lesson. That trial lesson was 50 minutes long, for free, as, for trial lessons, Preply's commission is 100%. I understand the 0 payment for a trial lesson, but I don't understand the duration!! For 50 minutes I had to "make up" things to talk about with the student in order to fill the space and had to give out my work FOR FREE, when outside I am pretty well paid for 50 minutes of my time. I work with a competitor platform, where they approved me immediately, where I already got 7 students from and where trial lessons are 20/30mn, which I believe is a correct amount of time to get to meet your student!Also the customer support for teachers exists only once you are on the platfrom, before, there is no way to reach out to them to ask for support on how to be published. After that, the support is good and fast.The whole Preply platform is not great for teachers... I don't recommend it!

Review of jetpack

This plugin does NOT work

This thing does not even remotely work and moreover, it creates so much work trying to get it to work. The thing never connects to Twitter for any lengthy period of time. The plug in wont even connect to 11 of the sites on one platform. The Thing disconnects every few hours on another server. It stops working on a totally other server. Every morning, we have to log back in to every account and reconnect it if it even connects in the first place. I cant believe this thing is for sale and most of all, the false sense of security is awful. Nothing about this plug in works and the people that run it, blame anything else but the app itself. This is an open source work in progress to be redundant plug in and product. this is not a finished product. The fact that its for sale has got to be illegal. They cant get the free one to work 24 hours a day. Let alone a paid version which is the same thing anyway. We have paid version and we use free versions. They do not work. Not ever. The thing has never even worked one time for a full 24 hours span of time. And, this is an automated platform. that’s not automated. you have to do more work than not. Its horrible. And, their customer service or developer do NOT care about it. Trying to figure out how it works or how to get it to work has cost this company so much money and so many wasted days. Only to get to the point where it still does not work. not ever. not even one time has this worked. You want to see how pathetic this company is because they just washed their hands of it. I told you that they do NOT care. They dont care. look at this and have you ever heard of this happening ever in the history of commerce? Same experience as everybody else here…

Same experience as everybody else here re trying to cancel. I subscribed for the magazine thru their app and when I tried to cancel I ended up going around and round in circles and when I tried to access the online chat facility to solve this problem the tab to access it didn't work. I then left a message thru their contact Us facility and got no reply. Shocking really for a magazine of this stature. Had to go into PayPal and cancel the recurring charge there. They can't do a thing about that which is just as well. It says alot about corporate culture and the contempt it has for the rest of us. Very disappointing behavior really. It's a pity because the magazine and standard of journalism is actually really good

This has damaged my fence and sign.I'm disappointed in that promises have been made to fix the damage since the 30th of May.The owner has said he will replace the sign. I'm still waiting! Said he was coming with a new sign 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing!Would not recommend this company.

I.ve both got and LG TV and fridge…

I.ve got both a LG TV and fridge freezer. Where do i start. TV screen just went on us had to be replaced. Lucky I took out insurance that's for certain . My samsung ff also insured also threw a problem up so decided to have the LG knock knock ff. Boy do I wish I never. First off the freezer instantly started to freeze up at the back. Within 6 wks it started not working tidy and making a noise. Customer services are a utter joke and blaming it on being opened to much. Apparently you should only open your freezer a certain amount of times a day. But also the fact when open the fridge and shut it the freezer also opens and shuts it self as there is no proper seal there . Had it fixed and same thing again twice in under a yr ots the worst ff I.ve ever had. A 2 grand ff that breaks down within wks and LG customer serves trys to blame us is a joke. They even told me to defrost my frost free ff for 24/48 . Yeah because we always have a back up ff dont we in the house for these kind of emergency.

FedEx shipping service is horrible

FedEx shipping service is horrible. The packages don't arrive on schedule and resolutions are often ignored by FedEx leadership. When speaking to supervisors/managers, they are demeaning and dismissive. It is the leadership that sets the tone for the organization. The unprofessionalism is displayed at all levels due to the lack of training. Complaints are often ignored by FedEx leadership and employees.
