I never complain and normally keep stuff to myself but I have never dealt with such a rude & defensive company. I had bought a ticket to a digital event, but more importantly to the video (vod) available after the event, as I knew I couldn't attend live due to my timezone. The event has passed and the vod isn't wasn't available to me, although is accessable to others. When customer support finally got back to me, they just copy pasted and bunch of unrelevant text, pushing the blame onto the event's organiser, despite they did their part (the proof being other peoples access), and it was clearly an issue with the website. They offered no help and never apologized and I lost out on my money. I have opened a case with paypal. Will never use eventbrite again, which is a shame because it seems like a neat way to support small creatives.

I am a 1702 rated player and starting playing on chess.com was for me a waste of money. I am dimond lid and enjoyed the game inicially. But somehow i cant get out of elo cos there are so many player who are cheating playing with engines while playing against other player with a 100 procent accuracy with an elo rating between 700 and 900. I am so dissapointed. Lichess is much better!!!!

Tried to charge me for an article I can read for free. Tiresome avalanche of emails seeking to check whether I am the author of various publications, presumably so they can charge others for access to publications in journals and books. Beware. Other bad reviews were helpful in making a decision to have nothing to do with this site.

Coinbase. A scam this company took money. I made 2 deposits and they have been pending for over a month. This money was already taken from my bank account they provide no answers they just keep the money buyer beware another crypto exchange who is stealing from you.

Bing is such an annoying search engine. Just because they're losing all their customers to Google they go and hack the computer's of Google users. Such a shifty company. I would 100% not recommend it to anybody. It's a terrible search engine.

Terrible and very unhelpful! I tried to withdraw my money to sgd bank account but yet they refuse to help me. Thier so called customer support keep changing people and always delaying me and giving me empty promise from 2 hours time to 24 hours to than cannot even help!! When I give review also no one get back to me. When I ask for help it’s like almost begging them and yet they just keep asking me to wait. It’s so easy to transfer your money in there but trust me when u try to draw they give u all the problems and refuse to return mine!!! Make me install more paid apps to so called verify which don’t Eve. Work after I paid for it!!! They promise to call me and yet no one call also! Worst ever!! Give them your money at risk of getting in back in your own back account !!! Customer support basically no suppport!!!
