A delivery driver chipped our tiled step. I reported it with photos and CCTV, but Amazon refused to take responsibility. Disappointed that a customer’s evidence is dismissed, while a driver’s denial is enough to close a case. Not about money - just wanted things put right.

Terrible brand, terrible customer service, and then has the audacity to collaborate with a huge brand like CPFM, you guess definitely failed me and from the looks of it you failed various various customers. I can’t believe I left my kids Christmas hopes up to this company. Don’t ignore the one star review this brand sucks. That’s the nicest way I can put it.

Unfair charge for travel without customer boarding

Last month, on May 10, I ordered an Uber in Santiago, Chile, to take me from Parque Arauco Shopping Mall to Café de la Candelaria, in the Italia neighborhood. A driver named Alejandro Andres accepted the ride and assumed I had boarded the vehicle and continued on my way, but he took a shorter route that did not reach my destination. Uber charged me for the trip and adjusted the price for the new route. I contacted Uber twice, trying to explain that I did not board the vehicle, but the answers were always standard and said that I did board. The charge was in Chilean pesos, in the amount of CLP 2.2024.Uber, give me my money back!

The Perfect Gift for Dad!

This was my first time using Redbubble. I bought my dad a T-shirt for Father's Day. I was able to find just the shirt I was looking for, for an affordable price. The ordering process was easy, the product arrived well within the time stated, and the T-shirt was good quality. The pretty green color matched the color shown on the screen when I ordered, and the fit was as expected. Most important, Dad loved the shirt!

Ive had a hotmail free contract for years. Suddenly I’m notified it’s full? So I delete as much as possible to get to my emails. Some involve verifying orders. Some for my son travelling in vietnam. But nothing? That’s because Microsoft lied. It’s not full. They reduced the account storage and added one drive. I already have iCloud? I thought this was a free society? So now I can’t get my data and my messages? I called them. They don’t care. They just want a paid account. No warming, no grace period, no negotiation. So I’m researching Microsoft to avoid further bullying and ransom demands. I guess I’ll never get my emails. I’ll change my cv. What a pain in the ass.22.4.24. It seems like me many people believe they have a contract with Microsoft for the offer of a free email and like me believe Microsoft have imposed an unfair contract and broken the terms of their offer. I’m getting numerous emails from Barclays, from possible job offers and employers, from utilities etc saying their emails are being returned? Nothing from Microsoft. Ive deleted the one drive I never wanted, deleted numerous emails in inbox/outbox/junk etc but nothing.Are microsoft acting legally refusing me access to my emails and not forwarding them? Can they lie by saying I’ve exceeded my storage limit when they have reduced it? This is clearly not an isolated mistake but an arrogant business strategy. Can they offer a free account and then demand payment for access to these emails? If it’s legal which I doubt it should not be and is not the action of a company whose services I would pay for? Joint action or avoid? Where is the great British voice for consumer rights? Or is that just bull?

They actively lied to me and stole my money. Ordered Wendy's for my brothers bday and the meal doesn't arrive. I call doordash and they say they'll fix it and give me a refund. Two weeks go by and they did NOTHING just gaslight me to stop me from calling. I call doordash again, they deny and hang up on me! Don't spend your money here!

One of the hallmarks of Siteground's service is their customer support. It is the main reason I use them for all my hosting and recommend them to all my clients. Always helpful, no wait time usually and I have never not had my issue resolved quickly and accurately. The hosting is great, but the customer service is what keeps me here.

Have a problem with an expensive…

Have a problem with an expensive Logitech mouse. 2 calls to their UK support number. Various questions on product and purpose of call then transfers elsewhere. Sit on phone for 10 minutes then call is terminated by them.. Utter crap support. I have bought their top of the range products for many years, now I need a substitute.

eBay is a horrible service provider

eBay is a horrible service provider. I registered an account and placed two offers to buy an item. eBay indicated I could make up to five offers. After my second offer was not accepted, eBay permanently suspended my account. Terrible service, garbage site and app, and horrible customer service. Highly recommend avoiding eBay for selling or buying anything.
